Hello, Iv played altis life on this server for a good 4 hours today and got kicked from game a numerous amounts of time (I believe its the laptop I'm using as none of my friends got kicked/crashed). I was also with a off duty admin where a group of us went to collect diamonds, I filled the truck then got kicked from game and lost everything. I had someone held at gun point (robbing them) and got kicked/crashed.

Why should we unban you ?
Even though I am new to altis life two weeks ago. I believe I am improving on my role-play and would be a good benefit to the community as I learn more and more. I would really like the opportunity to show you I'm not a cheat or not fit for the server. Literally this server has got me hooked on the game. ------ Byron (Cruisey) --------

I tried getting in contact with you before the ban but I did not see you come online. You had someone held at gunpoint and then a group of UNMC soldiers came up to you and told you to drop your weapon on the ground and that you should not he robbing hobos, as soon as they asked you that you said hold on someone is shouting down TeamSpeak (bare in mind this was in game when you said this, not a note) then you stood still for 10 seconds and vanished. In my eyes your game did not crash as from my view it looked blatant and you were in the lobby for 20 seconds before you actually disconnected meaning that you soft logged. Also, there was no kick message.

Hi Houston.

About a hour before this happened I was roleplaying with someone who is on the staff team, Yak? I'm not sure if hell remember as it was only a short time playing collecting diamonds that my game crashed when I was on the way to meet one of my Friends and yak at the diamond processor. With the team speak matter, as I said before I'm new to pc and was having trouble with hearing what the UNMC has to say to me (due to friends on TeamSpeak), so I kept telling my friends to be quiet and I'm getting held up what I thought was on TEAMSPEAK was actually on direct chat however I could not hear what the UNMC was saying, that's when the game crashed/Kicked me out. I hope this can be resolved as this was easily the best role-play server I have found and as of today I ordered my first gaming pc so this problem wont happen again using a slow laptop.

In future if this happens again, try and get a screenshot of the crash message. Furthermore, make every effort to contact a member of the staff team or the people that you were roleplaying with, this will help prevent situations like this happening again.
