I shot tacticalpanda2 at the ATM

Why should we unban you.
Becose i am new to the game, (its no reason to RDM ppl) , my gang leader helped me understand the game and after he explained everything to me i understanded that RDM really sucks when it happends, it happend by myself 2 thats whay i now get whay the rule there is and won't do it again ore breake any other rules!
i really like this server and would love to get unbanned and im willing to pay the compensation, i will first have to make some money to pay it.

PS. sorry for my bad english.

Explain the RDM rule for us in detail 

 
The RDM rule is (Random deathmatch)

You cant just shoot ore Just engage someone, you first need to start a role play, and give them

a amount of time to let them respond to your order, if you wont do this, your

punishment is a ban.

 
I did read them but not very carefully anddidnt understand all of it, but i do now becose i did read them carfully when i aked the unban-appeal.

I already did and my clan leader helped mee, i fully understand the rules now and that you first need to start a RP i read them now like 5time, and i appologie to the one i killed and lost his stuff.
