In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe I was banned shortly after a bank robbery. I shot and knocked 6 officers that were intervening and setting up a shot on my teammate after us warning them. And two civilians who I thought were police for parking around 2 meters from the bank and blocking my shot which was to cover my teammate with their armored car. I forgot to put the correct steamid and they were unable to unban me because of this. So I have had to create a new appeal with my other steamid

Why should we unban you ?
Firstly, my team and I gave many warnings that we would shoot them if they progressed further in their stepping up to the bank, which they did. One officer even went to a balcony and drew his gun and was aiming at the store front. A clear sign of aggression and an intent to harm from my point of view. I shot him down for doing this (he was also warned) then his team mates went into cover and I shot them because they were still in position to take the store from my friend. I left one of them alive because he got to the scene late and didn't know about our warnings. This person shot me. Then two others who I thought were police began driving up to me and parked directly in front of my scope with the car facing me. The reason I thought they were police is that they showed up in a fully armored car so I thought they were there to shoot at me. Turns out they were civilians so this was my mistake in shooting them but it was very dark and there was much going on. I tried going into your teamspeak channel and looked through to find the channel that you specified but I couldn't find it. There is simply too many to sift through I was in the server for 10 minutes looking for it before I gave up. I thought the situation was resolved because I was arrested. I think banning me for rdm from your perspective seems just, but from mine I was protecting a friend who verbally warned police several times to stay back and they still kept coming forwards, the civilians was a mistake on my part as I say I thought they were with the police and they were the last two I downed after the police. The civilians, who verbally abused me after the act which confused me and made me realized they were civilians. I was really enjoying my time on this server it would be a shame on my part if I stayed banned because of this. Thank you for reading and your consideration towards my request. Jake

So you were banned for RDM. There was a forum post in the "report a player" section which is now in the "approved" subsection. 

See if you can find this, as it will show what caused your ban, then you might wish to update us with why you decided to break the rule.

 
I see this report, they stood in my way blocking me from leaving and I did ask them to move from the door. I even tried leaving out the window and they said something along the lines of "You can't do that", I now understand I should of given a verbal warning before shooting them, my teammate was getting into trouble and I just wanted to assist him because the police were surrounding him outside the bank and I was just trying to support him.

 
What would you do different next time if you get in the same situation? 

 
I would give a verbal warning firstly, then I would warn them again if they still did not let me pass that I would shoot. Then I would of drawn my weapon only after giving the second warning. Then I would warn them a final time and if they still did not let me pass I would fire a warning shot and if they retaliated by drawing their weapons and pointing them towards my direction I would then feel the need to open fire but only if they did not remove themselves from blocking my path.

 
You do know you are on a roleplay server ? And the only way you see is give the person some warnings and then shot them ? 

Are you sure you play on the right roleplay server and not some wasteland ?

 
What else I can do if my teammate needs my help and I've got some other team showing up and blocking me from helping him?  It was time sensitive that's the only reason I said to fire after warnings considering the circumstances, I don't understand what options I have if I'm being deliberately blocked in by a team and my one needs help desperately. I know this is role-play server and not fallout 

 
You don't have to "win" every situation you get involved in.  You could've also gone with the other method of knocking them out if they ignored all your instructions to move rather than just shooting them.  

I don't buy your excuse that you thought they were police, they're clearly not in any sort of police uniform nor do they identify themselves as such.

In any case, you appear to have understood your mistake and identified steps you should've taken so I'll be willing to give you another chance.
