In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
On 26/11/2018 there was a scripter on the server and I was with 3 friends around the airport, our cars blew up and I then backed over my friend in my freshly claimed vehicle and he died, shortly after I was instantly kicked from the server.

Why should we unban you ?
I regret my actions and this is not how I ever act on a roleplay server, we were all just frustrated and about to log off due to the scripter, I have been (off and on) a part of this community for 4 years and enjoy it very much and have made lots of friends on this server.

I apologise 100% for my actions as they were merely a result of the atmosphere at the time, no one was roleplaying, cars were flying around and one of my friends were ziptied and ran over.

Hope you understand, and I will not try to justify my actions as I was in the wrong and regret my actions, thanks for viewing my appeal.

Did you just run over the one person, or did you do it multiple times to other people too?

 
@Brother Adash Fessil when doing a unban appeal it is important to respond to any questions you recieve quickly. If you do not respond soon this appeal will time out.

 
And now I have an issue with you, because that's not what it written in your ban notes, which means that you're not telling me the truth and that doesn't look good for you in an appeal process where we value honesty.

Not only did you run over your "friend" multiple times, which ended up in him dying, but you also ran over other people around too.

At the airport were 4 people including myself, the 3 others were my friends, Krinkles, Kiain, and Minishawsi (josh)

My apologies if I've recounted the event incorrectly as to the best of my knowledge the only person I ran over and killed was the user 'Krinkles'

Banned for 2.1 which is officially stated as vehicle deathmatch;

I'm very familiar with this rule due to the other roleplay servers on other games i've played, essentially it's the act of using a vehicle to injure mame or kill other players without reason, in this server in particular, killing players with a vehicle is not allowed regardless, this server also applies the vehicle deathmatch rule to ramming vehicles and objects, a fictional example of this could be Krinkles ramming a vehicle in order to trap the player in the vehicle against a wall.

I may be wrong but I also believe it is allowed to ram another vehicle in a armoured vehicle and realistic manner such as the MRAP variants.

I'm familiar with the rule I broke and as said before i'm very sorry as I only ran over my friend around other friends while a hacker was running rampage for a considerate amount of time.

I regret my actions @Jefke V and if you feel the permanent ban should remain I completely understand.

Hello sorry for the long reply;

In short i've learned that outside events / out of character changes should not effect the choices in game regardless as to whether it is something like a scripter.

To be honest you can't be sure i'll follow the rules and I understand that, I regret my actions and have learnt that any action regardless to reason has a consequence. Hope you appreciate my honesty.
