In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
this was like a long time ago-now but i got banned for rdm/ fail rp cus i whent to the on top of a mounten in my helicopter above a base of some sort. i was just hovering above them seeing what they was doing but suddenly they fired at me with guns witch made me land my helly on a nearby mounten and fire at them. later that day the guy who i killed banned me. this is the rule i broke (3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back

Why should we unban you ?
i have read the rules since and i have a clear understanding of what i have done wrong. also i played on multiple different rp servers and learnt how to rp properly wich i think has improved my rp knowledge and skills.

Now that you have managed to find the correct place to input an appeal, could you please find and paste the rules that you feel you broke from our rules page, suggest what you think that rule means and tell me why you think we have that rule?

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

i think this rule is impotent to the server so that it does not turn into a pvp server and make the server rubbish and destroy the roleplay. this rule means that you should not shoot someone for no reason or bait them and shoot them after you bait them this rule is so people do not break rp.

(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.

this is in the server so that you can not look for gunfights and try and getting action for no reason and go round killing people doing this can destroy  peoples rp.

 
What would you do different next time, If you get in the same situation? 

 
i would fly down to them and speak it out and  see what they want or just simply just leave the area and not come back.

 
Lets hope we dont see you back here, because if we do, it will be much more difficult for you to get unbanned.
