I got banned because I bullied someone by calling him a 'twelve year old whisperer'.

Why should we unban you ?
I am really sorry about calling the guy a 'twelve year old whisperer' I regret it very much. It wasn't my intetion to harass/bully the guy and as I already said I'm really sorry and I regret it.
I really enjoy playing on Roleplay.co.uk and i would love to comeback on the server.

It was a joke, that guy didn't seem to care that i called him a 12 year old whisperer. If he really felt offended about it he should have told me!

you must be a comedian, i pissed my pants of laughing when i read this. 
Not every person will tell you straight that you offended him. 
is it that hard to threat someone with respect? 

 
Not everyone gets offended if someone calls them a "twelve year old whisperer" thats why i thought it wouldn't harm him. As i already said it wasn't my intention to bully/ harass him. The guy didn't seem to get offended or anything so thats why i kept saying it a couple of times. 

 
So it's okay as long as it's a joke to poke fun at someone's age? Repeatedly as you've stated?

Not everyone gets offended if you say racist/sexist/xenophobic remarks, that doesn't make what you're saying or doing okay. So why should we allow someone with that sort of mindset back into the community?

 
Its a mistake that I made and where I learned from. I didn't notice that I made a comment that could hurt him. Next time I will think wisely about the thing/ comment I make about someone.

as you thought it was oke to say something couple days ago. 
what did you think, i state on my unban appeal it was a joke and then it is all solved. 
did you already thought about of making a apology towards that person? 
it seems you dont feel really regretful. 

 
That was a week ago. And in that week I understood that some comments can't be made and that someone people react an other way then other people do to some comments. I'm willing to make a apology to the guy I made a comment about.

 
We were banned a couple of months prior to this for VDM, now we must have read the rules after that ban right since you did say that you had. So I find it hard that we find ourselves in this situation. Please quote the rule broken and explain them in your own words. 

 
Rules 1.1 Bullying is punished by a permanent ban without appeal 

"bullying isn't allowed in any way and that it results in a permanent ban."

Let me get this straight, at no time through the several times you said this, you were not asked to stop at any point?

The two staff members present at the time have a different story, they heard that you were asked repeatedly to stop. So would you like to take the opportunity to tell the truth? 

 
The guy who I said it to didn't ask me to stop. The only time I got asked something was when they asked what I was calling him before they banned me.

 
Trying to dodge your way through this, then lying really hasn't helped your case.
