I am unsure of the reason why I was banned as this was quite far back: 14/13/2015, it might have been related to rdm or a vdm incident.

Why should we unban you ?
I've had a long time to think about what might have happened that day when I was banned, and I am definitely sure that it won't happen again. Though I wish I could know the reason for why i was banned so i would of had something to go a bit more in depth of

I shot without initiating on the police whilst they were arresting someone,  and by looking at that video I do indeed apologize

If in the same situation again what would you do differently?

I would Initiate on the police by giving them a clear warning that i am about to shoot. like telling them something like : get on the ground or ill shoot or put your hands up. and ofcourse giving them enough time to comply before doing any action
