In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Basically Me and my friend are new to this server and I am new to the game which you can tell by the hours I played, and we saw the spray paint shop so we pulled into the shop and then we triggered the alarm, we both panicked and we went to our vehicle and just drove away and then the police started to chase us then about 5 minutes after the police chase, I crashed in to a tree and them we both got out of the vehicle and out weapon came out instantly and the police started shooting us without no orders, so they shot on site, so the natural reaction was to fire back, and my friend shot them both and i stayed in cover behind our car. When he killed them we repaired the car and drove off into the hills, and then Mr tron (Admin) appears in front of us and then looked at us and removed my car and then teleported us to the sea.

Why should we unban you.
I like this rules on the server because you havent banned a lot on here just the basic which is pretty awesome as well as I would like to be unbanned because I really like server because everyone actually roleplays and its got an amazing community. So I would like to be on this server for longer because its the best server out there and like I said the people are just amazing!

Everything apart from the shooting. We decamped from the vehicle and shouted to drop the pistols etc, next thing we know we are dead, and not a single word was said from your side. That's why I issued the ban.

Me and Daryl crash the vehicle into the tree we go out of the vehicle and the next second there was shooting, Do get me wrong I was the furthest away and I couldn't hear if he did but my friend said there was no saying of put your hands up or something related to that just i got out of the vehicle and then shots were fired, I was confused, because I was at the back of my vehicle

Police always issue compliance before shooting. You literally decamped and shot us instantly. No roleplay involved. Saying we shot first is just lying bud, and if we shot first then you killed us then that's all good, I wouldn't of banned you. Sadly that wasn't the case.

I didnt shoot instantly because i was behind my car my friend was in front of the vehicle, Me and my mate been talking and we know what we have done which was bad which I can agree but my POV I couldnt hear you, but from now I am started to record every session i play now just incase.

When you see police sirens and pull over and roleplay and never shoot randomly because that isnt roleplay and its just unfair and thats RDM because thats a random kill and that against the rules.
