In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
We were driving towards Aluminum and then we saw 3 guys who have crashed and are on the floor, we decided to go to them to then realise that they are the people, who we thought, robbed us we then go to them and execute them, as we thought they were the people who robbed us, turns out it wasn't them but people in the same vehicle, after realising my mistake, I decided to go and apologize to their friends and give them the weapon the man who we shot had, they then asked us to come onto Teamspeak in which me and my friend both did, and waited around 30 minutes, while I messaged Saul asking him did he want to speak to me, he responded no, so then I felt it was time to log off, which is what I did, I then join back the server(in-game) and then see I have a message from M Y T H the guy who originally asked me to come onto Teamspeak saying come back, I admitted to him and his friend that I was in the wrong, and he asked for compensation, at the time I didn't have a huge amount of money, and I said I wouldn't be able to give you money at the moment, so I asked him to make a comp request, so that I could give it to him another time, he said well there's no need for you to be here and then I logged from Teamspeak.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel that I should be unbanned as I was really sorry and apologized for my mistake, I'm willing to fully compensate the person affected and would be willing to give him a little bit more for wasting his time, I'm extremely sorry and I know that I did wrong, mistakes can be made, and as I've already done would be fully willing to apologize to the person affected again, I would like to be unbanned as I really enjoy playing here, and would like another chance at playing here and correcting my mistakes.

No I'm not saying by compensating him will correct my mistake, but as I said we're all human and mistakes can happen, but I'm willing to help correct my mistake by making the person affected happier, I'm not saying that I never did wrong or this will make it forget it's all over because that's far from it.

This means that I can not kill anyone without prior roleplay, so for example not initiating or killing someone with a random reason, an example of a case of RDM would be I killed someone for calling me a name, that would be a direct break of this rule.

 
(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

This basically means, that if I was to kill someone I would need to roleplay it; for example, tell someone before I execute them why I am executing them, a good RP reason would be, I am executing you because you killed my friend.

I would ensure that I roleplay to the best of my ability to either try and completely avoid the situation or so that when I am executing someone, that the roleplay is the best iit can be.

 
this is the 2nd time you got banned, i know it a year ago. 
but how can we be sure there will no be a third ban ?

As I said it was a mistake, and for me to go a year and not get banned, just shows how well I know the rules, I just simply slipped up, but now I will pay more attention to detail.

Could you please clarify which servers you logged on and off during this period?
