In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I believe that I was banned for Random Death Match, I have seen the video evidence of me so called RDMing, but what the guy failed to show is prior to that, I had originally told him to stop, which he complied to, then I walked up to the side of his box truck and told him he had 5 seconds to get out, I gave him 5 seconds. However, on the last second he drove off at speed so I started to shoot at him, my car was damaged due to him previously ramming me, which was why I was on foot. I was told that once you've given a warning/chance for the player to stop what they're doing you may engage, which I had done, but he had run away. I believe I said "You have five seconds to get out of the van or I will shoot you", or something along the lines of that.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I should have a final chance, because I love AltisLifeUK, else I wouldn't be appealing. I would call myself new to the server with about 5 hours game time, I HAVE read the rules, however I was not told if someone runs away once you've given them a chance you can't shoot them again once you've caught up with them? If so, I am extremely sorry and I hope that I am unbanned, I am a kind and caring player, and I hope to play AltisLifeUK again, as I was hopefully going to be donating to the server, before I was banned.

@BratJaggesVlnd is it possible there has been interaction before the shots were fired? I do not like being lied to so I hope for your sake his answer is positive ;-)

Here's the video that convinced me of the RDM @Khandamir/Paul Montana.

Your damaged vehicle is nowhere to be seen, it is clear the truck is leaving the processing building, you stat shooting before issuing any sort of warning. You shout "stop" as he slowly passes you and continue to shoot at him. He stops, get's out of the vehicle clearly at no threat to you and you kill him.

Yes, but what I explained in my appeal is that, he only started recording after I was chasing after him, or cut the footage, I shot him as he drove away prior to me giving him a 5 second warning to get out, which he ignored. On my side of the argument the video too short, again, because I told him to stop WHICH HE DID, then on the final second of me telling him to get out he drove off the the processing factory.

I would appreciate it if someone would inform me of if you are allowed to engage after they have drove off, and you have given them a 5 second warning, which I had done. I really enjoy AltisLifeUK, I live in the UK myself, and again, would not be appealing if I did not enjoy the server, although I respect your decision if you do or don't accept my appeal. 

**EDIT** You can also see in the recording that it has 2 minutes into the recording, so he has cut some of the footage.

@Edgar Ville Any chance you got the link to any report against him? Need to ask the other side about their side on his story.

 
No reply so I guess since there is no other side of it that I can review, this can be approved for a final chance.
