In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe that the reason I was banned was for using offensive language to another member of the public(which is not allowed) and was overheard by an admin alfred.

Why should we unban you ?
To be very honest i believe that the way I was treated by the Poseidon soldier was exploiting his power. I was at the rebel outpost and was minding my own business and this person called "slawek.orion" (i believe ) came to us to ask for our border passes. unfortunately, i did not have any of the passes so he took my friend and i to the checkpoint(rightfully so ). On the ride, i was complying with the soldier to attempt to decrease my penalty. However, when we got there, he treated me as my friend and took all my gear and weapon. (at this point i was a little tilted but still remained civil ). At this point he took us one by one to the (we were accompanied by one more person) the border which led to the police controlled zone and told us to run on the road to i do not know were. So i ran until i was no longer visible from the checkpoint and turned around to get a border pass so that there would be no more problems as such occurring again. As i walked in i was not stopped until i entered the checkpoint building were i was proceeding to by the bored pass but the person who had escorted me there swiftly shot me down. To be very honest the soldier didn't give me enough info for me to have realised that i was not able to come back after i had ran for about 2 min. At this point, i will be very truthful that i was rood and did break a rull (offensive language)but i had found the way my friend and i were treaters to be very disrespectful and quite frankly time waster for me who wanted to get on with the game. i am regretful for my mistake and it was in the heat of the moment and the only thing i could think of saying was that which got me banned. However, my friend was also extremely wrongly done. After i had been banned my friend was locked up and was treated like utter garbage with the same soldier calling him names as my pet and so on. My friend was literally pleading him to let him go and apologised for nothing because he was being called by a member of his family(meaning he had to go). The soldier was so ignorant of this fact and my friend ended up pleading for him to kill him, which, he did do after 20 min of him pleading. I do acknowledge the fact that i did do something wrong but i really think i was wrongly done.

So you were given a warning by Nalurah for calling soneone an F*ing r*t*rd on 23/6/18, then were banned by Alfred 4 days later for swearing out of roleplay.

This suggests to me you either have a disregard for our rules or a serious inability to stop swearing, am I right with this assumption?

 
I do acknowledge the fact that I was already given a warning prior to my ban for saying what u mentioned. however, this isn't really an excuse but I am still relatively new to the server and trying to stop swearing on it (to prevent these things from happening).
I will be honest I wasn't aware of the roles for quite a while until I went to your website which was a few days before my first warning but the first time I was warned was a genuine slip-up and realised just a few seconds later that I broke a rule(before the admin gave me a warning).

I do apologise for both warnings and am genuinely regretful for both occasions but I very much like this server and hope to get a reply soon.

First off, if given the opportunity to come back on the server, I would not use any offensive language or insult someone else like that ever again, no matter what the situation is and whether I think I'm being treated right or wrong. At the end of the day, everyone is roleplaying with me as if it's in real life and I would frankly not do that in person so that a situation doesn't escalate due to my overreaction. This is only a game and I should not be getting pissed off at it, certainly not to selfishly disrupt the enjoyment of others and the gameplay quality of the server. If i ever find myself in a similar situation where I feel like I'm being mistreated, instead of overreacting I will just report the incident if it's bad enough, or I'll just suck it up and move on since I'd rather still have the privilege of staying on your server than shouting at someone else for some temporary satisfaction.

Being new on the server is also no excuse for me to not follow all the rules, which I fully understand are there to maintain high quality roleplay and to make sure that there is some order in the community, so I will thoroughly read through all of them again to avoid any problems and think before I act to prevent myself from ending up in these forums again. Thank you

P.S. I apologise for any misspellings in my responses as I do suffer from dyslexia, and I assure you that I am still putting in as much effort as I can in this appeal

 
Go ahead and quote us the rule you broke and explain it to us in your own words.

 
The rule i broke was number 1.3."Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban"

The rule says that if you the player, swear at someone in the server in a way which is considered out of role play, you will receive a ban. I fully agree with this rule because I understand the fact that the person on the receiving end of the verbal abuse wouldn't appreciate such language and could cause an abrupt break in roleplay, which can take the player off guard.

@BossManJones we will be unbanning you and allowing you back into our community; don't make us regret this decision.

I suggest you re-read the rules and make sure you are fully familiar with them so you don't find yourself in this position again.
