In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i shoot an medic by acident iam really sorry but we had an gun fight against cops for like 15 min then the cop jump in the car i think but it was an medic that was next to it so i thougt it was him so i shoot him :(

@bodie please supply what rules were broken, Also you need to calm down this is a serious RP server, why didn't you shout out to the person before shooting ?

before this we had an massive gun fight against the cops this was like 2-4 min after the gun fight still we trying to snipe the cops from an hill

@Liquid Since medics need to retreat at the sound of gunfire close to them, I wonder how medics can be shot on accident.. What does your notes say?

i was the person in the car and all i know is that the police was in the way and the medic accidently got shot. and btw the medic actually said its okey just dont do it again just so u know the rules its okey, so medic did not take any offense. :)

 
I had other officers involved in the previous gunfight informing me the gunfight was completely over before "Bodie" and co. started shooting cops again. (This information can not be backed up or confirmed as I was no a witness to any form of gunfight). This makes me slightly suspicious as to why a medic would run towards a police officer under fire  - meaning I believe the officers in question would not of been under fire if the medic advanced towards them.

 I asked someone to translate the background communications from Swedish and apparently the communications during the video translate to "Bodie" sounding reasonably unaware that who he shot was a medic, and when he realises apparently he sounds shocked and unaware.  

If Brat would like to translate himself and give his opinion then that would be great! Otherwise the video I have provided is all I have to say on this unban appeal.

Yeah i would say the shooting of the medic is accidental. However, the person who was restrained lets his teammates know where the cop is and also says "Im restrained but I just jumped out of the car LOL".
