In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
A few days prior to the ban, I was chilling on teamspeak in The Warriors gang room with multiple members of which one was TikTak, so I decided to ask him a question of what he thinks about me flipping SUVs (example video: https://youtu.be/SuSvEe0lyv4 ) of which I believe he replied "I'm fine with it as long as you don't do it near anyone". Over the next day or two a few other staff members actually saw me doing it around Kavala and weren't really bothered. Around 10 minutes before the ban, I was driving in Kavala flipping my SUV while a hobo is laughing while watching, I managed to get around 3 or 4 flips then the SUV got stuck on its roof and needed unflipping, unfortunately once it did unflip the hobo got killed by it. As there were no medics on duty, I went to the hospital to get a defibrillator to help the hobo, I started the defibrillation on him then moved a little so the action cancelled and the defibrillator disappeared by the time I got back again he got kicked for too high ping I believe.
 

Why should we unban you ?
I joined this community around 8 months ago, during this time I have been very active on the server and have only had a few mirror offences and no player reports on my record. (I just checked a server tracking website and it ranked me #39 in most time played). I think from that it is clear to see that I very much enjoy it here as I have made many friends and have had loads of memories and because of that I would never want to cause any kind of problem or hurt the community, just unfortunately at the time I was just bored being an idiot during late night play trying to get reactions (like "woah, omg, wtf, how did you do that?) out of people by flipping the SUV in the greenzone. It is clear to me now that it was a bad idea as other people could get injured and possibly copy me doing it to cause hurt to others and I will never do it again at all not even if no one is online. But what I believe the most important thing is that I will be sure to listen to the staff member when suggested on not to do something and not just kind of ignore it. (I will apologise to TikTak personally).

Honestly no other roleplay server is as good as this one and would I probably quit this game if I can't get back to you guys for something like this, please forgive me!

If you were told that as long as you don't do it near anyone its fine and then you blow someone up, So you were near someone.
So basically you got told to not do something and you did it anyway. Could you please elaborate. And Also could we get @TikTak his point of view.

As I said in the ban appeal, I was just being a idiot trying to get reactions off of people in greenzone, bad idea. The player didn't die from an explosion, it is the fact the SUV went on its roof when I did a flip while the player was watching having a laugh then he came over to unlfip me which ended up with him being squashed. So inevitably it was my fault that he died as it wouldn't have needed to be unflipped if I wasn't doing the flipping in the first place.

So basically you got told to not do something and you did it anyway.

In basic terms yes, but it wasn't like I got caught doing it and told not to do it again. I just asked the question to TikTak in teamspeak because we were all chilling, gave him an example of it and I believe he replied with what I stated in the appeal "I'm fine with it as long as you don't do it near anyone".

Firstly, as far as I'm concerned at the time of me flipping the SUV only that one civilian was near and was enjoying the show (could have possibly been civilians at the shops around 30-50 meters away). Secondly, it was the civilian that flipped the SUV back over because he was trying to help which unfortunately killed him but of course if I hadn't been doing the flipping he would have never needed to flip the car back over in the first place so it was my fault. Also from what I remember you didn't tell me not to do it all only not to do it in populated areas basically. Finally, at the end of the day this is my fault entirely, when I did ask the question a couple days before the incident with you basically telling me if was a bad idea to do it, I should have just stopped doing it at all (I only did it because of the cool reactions I was getting from people, my bad for liking the attention I was getting.)

Also I know that @TikTak was streaming at the time of the situation (Status post about streaming:


). So is it possible for any past broadcast or recording of the situation to get a better/bigger picture of what happened?

So let's put it this way. You could be telling me that you have learned your lesson and you won't do it again. But you could be just telling me what I want to hear so I unban you. 

Do you see what has happened by your actions? You went and did something when a staff member told you not to, which makes this ban twice as worse then it is. 

How can we trust you from this point? because I am going to be honest with you, I am finding it hard to find a reason on why I should unban you

So I'm not really appealing for VDM then, it's more not listening to a staff member???

So let's put it this way. You could be telling me that you have learned your lesson and you won't do it again. But you could be just telling me what I want to hear so I unban you. 

I don't feel like I'm JUST telling you what you want to hear, as I have gone over all of the points in as much detail as I can without just spamming the appeal with sorry I won't do it again and so on. I'm not going through all this for the sake of it - for the sake of getting banned again, no thanks.

Yes of course I understand on why this makes the ban worse that is why I stated "But what I believe the most important thing is that I will be sure to listen to the staff member when suggested on not to do something and not just kind of ignore it. (I will apologise to TikTak personally)." in my ban appeal because that is what I believe is the real reason I'm banned. Also I did apologise to TikTak about it on team speak the day I put my appeal up.

How can we trust you from this point? because I am going to be honest with you, I am finding it hard to find a reason on why I should unban you

Personally I don't really know how you are finding this hard, I'm fairly sure that I have seen players join here, played a few hours and did something wrong like combat logging got themselves banned for it then appealed the ban successfully, I am NOT that person because like I said I have a lot of time played on the servers in a very short amount of time without having an major problems here apart from this one and with the strict rules that are in place on this server (which is a good thing, as it makes sure that quality role play is happening here)  I am surprised that I've lasted this long without being banned to be honest and every gun fight you get into nowadays will end up resulting in having to resolve on team speak. At the end of the day everyone makes mistakes and you learn from them which I have, if you can't trust me after that then I don't know what else to do.
