i dont know where i was metagaming, i dont remember. i have no idea why i am banned for metagaming.

i am a regular player at altis life uk, i have many friends that play this server and i enjoy playing with them.

Clearly you are not aware of the server rules. So as @Daanish said please read the rules which can be found here www.roleplay.co.ul/rules. Once you have done that please report back here and explain the rule that you broke in your own words.

As i was banned i was reading over the rules again, i understand i was meta gaming, but i did not not what it was at that time. i usually play with friends who were teaching me how to play, however they did not mention meta gaming and was not on the server at that time. I was arrested and locked in a police car and wanted to carry on playing but i couldn't because the police were all dead. I asked that because i wanted to know what meta gaming is, then i logged of i read the rules again. I know understand that meta gaming is : It is using the side chat to suggest your current actions during game play. You are also not allowed to identify in game player names unless the have a badge that displays it, however this excludes masked players. you are not allowed to use external communications except of TS.
