In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think i was banned because i VDM a police man while trying to escape after he shot my tyres out. I would have been willing to resolve this in t.s with the officer but he did not message me and i was online for a few more hours.

Why should we unban you ?
i am truely sorry for my actions and that i have negatively impacted someone elses roleplay experience, however i feel that these mistakes will only make me a stronger roleplayer on your comunity, I truely love playing on this server with my friends and it would be a shame if i could no longer do that with them, however if you do deem that i still deserve a ban i would ask if you could please give me a temporary ban instead

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming). the rule i broke:VDM, states that; No-one is allowed to use a vehicular device as a means of killing another person in any way means or form this constitute to causing explosions running people over e.c.t vehicles that are excluded to this rule are MRAPS yo are only allowed to verbally initiate and with this you can use your MRAP to disable another however you can not do this with the intent of killing using the vehicle.

 
bigianlad, want to hazard a guess why we have this rule in place?

Was it really worth not losing some in-game currency to break a rule and VDM someone?

The reason to why we have this rule in place like all other rules, is to make sure that we (General Public) I included are to experience the realms of Role Play in a fair and just manner. VDM is one of the most common issues when it comes to in game and can be most frustrating to others who are willing to comply. Breaking these rules along with any other rules implemented, not only will lesson the experience of RP but lower the personal moral when it comes to taking part - Admin/staff must make sure this is Paramount and known to all partakers of RP to show a fair gaming experience. If given the opportunity to experience RP again I would like to make clear that I have spent my time whilst away revising not only (2.1) but the rules of Adult community and General rules that are set to make sure the experience is enjoyed not only by just me, But for other players as well.

With respects it was not worth it as I am now longer enjoying the game with my friends, secondly if it was worth it I would not be hear to appeal nothing that this wont be happening again.

 
What will you do next time you are faced with the same situation?

 
Im a bit confused with the last bit of the message a quote from Dr house calling me a liar? But i would say in the same situation i would not use my vehicle as a weapon just to escape, but instead maybe try some dialogue and use my charm and wit to to lead any officer into believing my ill gran story who i need to rush back too. Failing that i guess i will be arrested and fined. You can choose to believe this. it's up to you.
