In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
well me and 2 of my friends was going down the road in our car and then we saw 2 officers on the side of the road so we decided to try to kidnap one of the officers and i told the officer to put his hands up and i guess he wanted to put his gun in his bag cause it looked like he tried to pull it out and shoot me but that wasnt the case so i got scared and shot the officer and by then i knew i messed up

Why should we unban you ?
well i made a bad misstake and i read all the rules again so it wont happen again and i got over 250hours on the server and this is the first and last misstake ive done

I'm not convinced. You've not really given us a lot to go on here, we need to see more detail before we can make a proper judgement. Please complete the following questions & requests in detail

Why do we have the RDM rule in place?

If you were presented with the same situation, what would you have done differently?

Why should we believe that this won't happen again?

 
RDM: Random DeathMatch. This means when a player is engaging combat in any form without proper quality roleplay. This rule has been made because this otherwise this will be another free for all deathmatch server. This is why people who do this on purpose get a ban. 
As for what I would have done differently if the same situation would occur, I would give the other person more time to respond and give them a proper warning, so they know what will be the consequences what happens if they try anything and that those will be met. My mistake here is that I acted way to fast because of a jumpscare seeing the policeman grabbing his weapon. I hope this shows a little that im really wanting to undo my mistakes by preventing that I'm doing the same thing. I'm really sorry for acting so stupid at that moment. I hope you guys really consider to let me back in. I

this doesnt really say anything... does this mean you would just count for longer? 

Roleplay this scenario out for us:

you see someone with a really nice bergen that you want, you can get the jump on them and try to rob them, but they don't want to give it up easily.... please provide us (conceptually or via imaginary script) of how you would get the backpack off them, and if they still didn't comply, at what point you would use force to obtain the item.

This is your chance to demonstrate to us that you understand the level of RP which we expect in this situation.

 
The thing I should do is position myself so i would not be able to get into a direct firefight so quick. In case the other ones draws a weapon i stay in cover en roleplay more, hoping he is actually listening and drops his belongings/put his hands on his head. if they won't listen and he starts to shoot at me, i can try again to talk to him to lower the gun or tell him he otherwise will get shot. if he still does not listen, i should be allowed to return fire. I will try to prevent that it has to go this far, making it my last resort.

The point is that i won't be trigger happy, as that takes away the concept of roleplaying. I will try to prevent such thing from happening, by trying to talk more. This makes the game more fun for the other player and me

 
this doesnt really explain what roleplay you would give him. would you just say "gimmie the backpack" etc?

try again, because that paragraph doesnt really tell us anything other than your not shoot as quickly, which is good but not what we were looking for.

 
I would approach them and tell them that i am robbing them. I would ask them to cooperate as i want to evade a fight or casualties. I would not just run to the guy and instant say give me the backpack. I want the other guy to reply and talk with me, while im trying to rob him

 
Poor roleplay looks like to be your forte. Multiple warnings and now we are not seeing effort from you here.
We will be denying this appeal and give you a weeks cooldown (10/8-2018) . If you do plan on getting unbanned, consider a LOT more effort into it.
