I think I was banned because I communicated with a friend over curse voice whilst I was restrained.
Why should we unban you.
Because the rules clearly states "If you are restrained and communications have been removed you must not be active on any other forms of communications other than direct chat". At no point did he say that he took my communications, and the rule says he has to take communications AND restrain me for me not to be able to talk with people over other comms. If I am misinterpreting this rule then I am sorry, but if I am I must say it is really miss leading.
In the video the offended posted where I "break" this rule he has conveniently left out the part where he restrains me.
He also complains about my RP in his ban appeal, but he was using a voice changer that made his voice very dark, so it was really hard to understand what he was actually saying. I tried to tell him this but it didn't seem like he cared. This made RP'ing really awkward for me as I didn't know how to respond to what he said. In the video he posted it is not to hard to understand because thats from his end, but from my end it was really unclear.
I think this ban was wrongfully placed on me because the rule I broke is miss leading. But if it is just me misinterpreting it then Im sorry and I will be aware of it after this. I am a good citizen of Altis and would never brake a rule while being aware of it.
