Well we had some poor roleplay and i told the admin i was new, He later found out I wasn't and banned me for lying to an admin? I wasnt Rdming or trolling.

Why should we unban you ?
As stated above I don't think harmlessly lying to an admin warrants a perm-a-ban. I completely agree with a week or a month band but perm-a?. Also I was in the police on here for a while and been a longish serving player and this was my first bit of trouble and I was hit with a perm-a straight away I feel it was a little harsh.I believe I've done my time being banned which is now over a year and would like to see if you would reconsider letting me play the best RP Uk server there is? Thanks for you time. Also I do feel I have learnt my lesson ithanks.

You dont feel that lying to an admin to try and manipulate the situation and make a ploy for leniency due to being "new" warrants a ban? 

I would argue quite the opposite.

We also do not provide the timed or temporary bans you are talking about. We have discussed this at length in the staff team multiple times and feel that time bans do nothing to minimise re-offending and also do not allow us to evaluate the player's understanding of the rules; this unban process of all bans allows us to check that the person who broke the rules can be trusted and has learned from their mistakes.

Given the above, care to comment on your appeal?

You also do not need to "bump" your appeal to add more info, that is what we have the edit feature for.

 
Yes I Am deeply sorry for what I did and even accepted it as all my fault hence not even trying to put an unban apeal for over a year and a half. I've never been in trouble on this server before and this was the first instance i was taken away and banned for. I feel I've learnt my lesson and i do feel deep regret for lying to an admin. I'd just like to ask you to give me one more chance to prove I'm not a toxic memeber of the community as I wasnt before ans id likw to have to chance to also prove i can be a valued member of the community again.

We can forgive some things however you said you have never been in trouble on this server before this incident however I have just checked your player notes and found 3 warnings.

Is this an incident of you lying to staff yet again to try and help your situation??

 
No I genuinely have forgot what the three strikes are for it's quite a long time ago, I'm extremely sorry for lying to an admin and would just like 1 more chance to show I can be a decent roleplayer and user of your server as i think the roleplay on here is far greater than any other roleplay server. I'd like to just have one more chance please , and thank you

 
Lets refresh then:

  1. Warned for VDM
  2. Warned for Teleporting
  3. Warned for RDM
  4. Now banned for RDM
There seems to be a pattern here, if you've already lied to us before then how can we even consider trusting you again when you clearly haven't learnt despite multiple warnings for similar things?

 
I genuinely cannot remember the warnings apart from the last RDM warning. I got a warning and then i was banned for lying not for RDM im truly sorry and i wish for just one more chance to prove myself please

Was playing with my friends on his server which was a invade and annex server the name is a current running inside joke

 
You seem to have a habit of having questionable in-game names. E.g "Reichsführer" and "Adolf Hitler". And to add on top of that the name you have been questioned about earlier "John blackface". What is up with this habit? 

Also could you quote me the rule that you broke and explain to me why this rule is enforced on the server. 

 
Reichsfurher was a rank in the SS equivalent to chief of staff or something in the british army, me and my friends had a ww2 invasion server where we played as german forces i appointed myself as the head of the german forces hence the reichsfurher, adolf hitler i think was in the same server but i was called that for more as a joke and again john blackface was used on a private server the name is a current inside joke between friends. The rule i broke was RDM the rule is in place to help produce decenf roleplay and to stop the server from being just a deathmatch. Its enforced for those reasons.

 
I am willing to give you another chance. However I want you to assure me that you will thoroughly read over the server rules again and if you have any questions about the rules that you will come to Join for Support and ask. Specifically if you have any questions about the RDM rule since your current ban is about RDM and you gained a warning for that in the past as well. On top of that I want you to pick a more appropriate name.

Do not expect any further warnings in the future and if you are banned again the chances of you getting an unban are a lot smaller.
