In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
i was banned from seems to be a RDM. This was not the case. although it seemed like it. I did initiate RP, However this was not heard by the player, i have seen the video from the 'report player' forum, and it seems very obvious that i did infact RDM.

Why should we unban you.
From the day i joined the server, back in August of this year, i have played this server very seriously. i have RP'd all of time i should have, e.g, when being held up, when holding up players, and when dealing with EMS. i do take this server very serious and very much enjoy playing on it. this incident in which led to my ban will not happen again, as i will not be so impatient when trying to initate the RP. In the Report a player request, the player has informed you that he 'tried to resolve the situation with me' this i can confirm is a lie and not true, as no contact between us was made.

There was no imitation unless you have a video. Even if you did say something you immediately shoot the driver. It's an RDM he's driving along and suddenly gets killed. You could have shot the tires. 

Crumble will handle since I issued the ban.

 
After looking at the video and getting your name i called you to teamspeak 2 times and you disconnected just before i called you a third time.

You also got it the wrong way around it was your other account that was the killer....

 
I don't have another account. The other Batesy has no involvement. I have no video, can only take my word for it, and being that it's a big truck, I didn't think about the wheels, I died very soon after the incident so I didn't see you try to communicate. 

 
You didn't initiate roleplay. Time to admit it before I deny this

 
 I'm pretty sure I did but clearly video evidence shows otherwise. This is my first offence and don't want to get banned for this.

A RDM is killing another player without probable cause, or starting any kind of conversation that involves role play. 

I would attempt to contact the player through direct communication, informing them to slow down and stop the truck 

next time I would give the driver a lot more time to respond, and if no co-operation was given, I'd shoot the tyres out and carry attempting the hold up. Or initially just not hold people up and earn money the legit way.
