In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for 'Baiting', however I believe it was a mistake. What happened was my friend got restrained by a police officer, so to free him, he initiated rp by saying 'We will kill you if you don't let me go'. I understand how this could come across as baiting, however we maintained roleplay and never once asked to have a gunfight. During the whole ordeal I shot a gun once. I was in the middle of roleplay when I was banned. I think it was a misunderstanding as the banning admin may not have seen the full thing or may have only seen one side of the situation.

Why should we unban you ?
As I said, I think that it was a mistake/misunderstanding. I know the rules and I know how to avoid breaking them, so to be honest I was a bit confused when I saw that I was banned. I think I should be unbanned because I was not breaking the rules in the first place.

Why were you shooting your guns for no reason at all if you weren't hoping for a gunfight?

I think you'd be better off asking ElliotWallace what the shooting was about as I was not part of it. I think it was part of a roleplay movie they were doing. I was nearby when it happened, and I remember hearing it, but I only came into the whole thing after Pooye was caught by the police. That's when I shot my gun, after he had initiated and given them a good 15- 20 seconds to think about it. For me personally, I don't think I was 'Baiting'.

As for JUST ME personally, forgetting the rest of my gang members, I had nothing to do with the arguments you are making. I never shot outside the police HQ, and I was a good 50-100 metres away from where it happened at the time. I'm not sure how you can use the same argument against me that you are making against the rest of my friends, who never even tried to initiate a gunfight, to deny this appeal.

As for my friends, they were making a movie in roleplay which included shooting guns, they did not do this to initiate a gunfight with anyone else. It was a mistake that the police heard it and decided to investigate, which ended up with one of our gang members, Pooye, being taken, and that is how the gunfight broke out. Had the police not taken Pooye, we wouldn't have had a fight, and if they had given him back to us, again there would be no gunfight involved. If my friends were openly asking for a fight, they wouldn't have been trying to keep roleplay alive for the whole thing. We were all against having to fight with the police, and that's why we gave them a good 15 - 20 seconds to let Pooye go, and even after that we were hesitant to shoot.

The eventual outbreak of a fight was not the result of my friends shooting outside the HQ, it was the capturing of our friend. If the police had come and arrested them all there, there would be no fight and we would have been able to roleplay ourselves out of being arrested with our rifles out. However, the true cause of the fight that broke out was that Pooye got taken by the police and wasn't set free.

For such a simple case this is taking up too much time. I'll take the blame for this as I was the one who didn't shadowplay the situation. If I had video you would be forced to admit you did bait, and carry on with the appeal. As everyone is refusing to tell the truth, I will make the call and deny these appeals.

If you wish to appeal in the future, I suggest you tell the whole truth.
