the reason i think i was banned was because i was run away from a AR member and as he started to shoot me i panicked and move my hand around and it gave the impression that i tried to DPI

Why should we unban you ?
the reason i think you should unban me is because soon as i died a AR member said "where can i get ice skates like that" then soon as i heard that i then passed a note saying "wait was i dping" he then said yes but its ok then i passed another note saying sorry but i think he had respawned. if you unban me i can make sure this will never happen again it was not meant to look like dpi. i understand that i have made a mistake and i will never do it again.

Now, I've seen the footage of you, no way did you "Panic", this was clearly done with the impression to abuse a system to win, so don't give me that crap off it was an accident. 

You have 3 options here,

1) Come clean

2) Post a video from your point of view

3) Claim it was accidental.

I find you are lying, I will perm ban you and you can wait 6 months.

im sorry i cant record because my computer is really bad, if i meant to do it i would of hit the dpi button on my mouse but i never, look i do understand how bad the video is and i do admit that it does look like dpi. as i said before i can make sure this will never happen again. this is the only sever i play and if i get banned i will have nothing to do.  

 
How can you say you were zig zagging? It's quote clear you're spinning in circles. In terms of distance you only move a few metres, you'd cover a much greater distance if sprinting and zig zagging. You then spin round and shoot the guy. 

Now you say one thing and the evidence shows something else, how can we be sure you're not lying?

Plus you are part of Ket, who are blanket banned anyway so you would have to appeal both.
