i accidentally ran over a player driving out of the garage

Why should we unban you ?
i play with a group of people in a gang, we recently wanted to begin to play on your sever again. unfortunately I was unable to join because I was banned. We were all going to join the police force as we thought it would be fun, but i was unable to join with them. I am fully aware of the rules and role-play on the server as i used to be a part of the NHS team and managed to become a paramedic. I initially wanted to be part of the police but unfortunately i was unable to because of my age, i am now old enough to but am unable to because of said ban.

It's very unlikely we'd mistake someone for accidentally running people over, how can we be sure you won't "accidentally" run other people over?

 
I was very apologetic for this event and would like to play on the server again and i fully understand that i will get a full ban if this ever happens again. The gang that i play with live stream as well so everything we do will be on recording and you will easily be able to see if we do anything against the servers rules

it is your responsibily to folow our rules, We as a staff team dont have time to "babysit" a gang to make sure they follow the rules. that is also the reason we ask, 
How will you amke sure this will not happen again. 

 
I will make sure to always be wary of people crossing roads and make sure to take care when entering and exiting garages, i also know even more so now that if i try to brake the rules in anyway there will always be admins watching so will take the rules to heart and make sure that i do nothing that could lead the admins into thinking that i purposefully meant to brake the rules

Staff are unlikely to ban for accidental VDM. We ban if it's clearly deliberate.  Why are you claiming it was accidental?

 
yes it was accidental, admitidaly i was driving quite fast but i did not intend to hit someone the fact i was driving fast may have been the reason they thought it was deliberate but i was trying to get to the airport asap to meet my gang mates
