I did get a ban because I crashed my helicopter on purpose. That's VDM and is NOT allowed!

Why should we unban you ?
I'm always trying to get good quality roleplay, if something goes wrong, my fold or someone else his, I try to solve it in a correct and quick way. This is my 2nd time that I been reported ather +- 100hours on ARMA, First time I did shot someone to quick. It was solved because I immediately spoke to that guy and appologies on TS. I saw that I was wrong. 2nd time was for VDM and I did get a ban for it (disurved) because they think I didn't learn my lesson because of me saying that I didn't not learn a thing. (I was angry and didn't care what people where saying to me) Please keep in mind that I played 100 hours and always have good quality roleplay. We make documents, prepair stuff,... to have good quality roleplay. That day, when I VDM this guy, I did get killed multiple times before that. It was a bad couple of weeks and almost everytime I could file a report because of the lack of good roleplay they give me. But I didn't. Just keep on going. (Reports or alot of work, for me but also for admins who or doing this on there spare time and I can imagine that they like to do other stuff) And at that moment, my friend was at the outpost. One of them glitched from the boat to the platform. My friend asked him te leave and he glitched all over the place and kill's my friend. At that point I snapped, I was like, NOT AGAIN.... I felt that I couldent play the game anymore like it was supposed to be played. I did make the same mistake as I hated so much. That's not a excuse tho, I do know the rules, I did knew what I did. (VDM) But at that point it was all to much. I didn't game for a week because I was tyred of it. Burend out. I didn't want to solve it with money... but they asked me for a compensation. So I give it to them. (And because I was wrong, I gave them double they asked) They didn't speak to come to TS. They never asked to get to teamspeak. I did that anyway, but he wasn't in that group anymore. I spoke one of his mates and he said not to worry. So I was there to sort things out anyway. Afther that I saw the report and was in disbelieve. I was done with it. I didn't even start my pc up for a week.

So now I played Arma back for a day. And I loved it again and then I saw the massege that I was banned.

I'm sorry that I did let it get to me like this. Now I learned to leave the game alone for some time, if I have enough of it. I learned my lesson. I love the game and this server because, this is one of the best roleplay servers. Especially roleplaying with the cops, medics,.... These guys makes this allot of fun and they appreciate good qualtity roleplay. That's why I'm here for. If I wanne kill people for no reason, I can play different games, but that's not what I wan't anymore. I wanne have the interaction with other players, all the fun moments, the best laughs,...

Again I'm sorry!! I can't lose controle of my self because I have a bad moment...

My game was ruined because of them glitching and killing my friend. But I can’t prove that because of my friend can’t record and play at the same time. I tryed to watch it on my recording but I was to far away to see that happening. I heard him saying he glitched on the platform and him getting shot. I only could hear what he was saying to me. The guy that killed him, didn’t even say a word if I remember the situation correct. He had the blood diamonts. I was there to watch over. So he and luzox had our money and was dead because of a glitch. Luzox was nearby in a other boat. 

Because of alot of events happening before that, I snapped and my first tought was, If you can’t play fair then I’m not going to play it fair. THAT WAS WRONG FROM ME!! I shoudn’t have come online anymore that evening and just take a break of the game. That lesson I did learn. 

The game got to me. My friend his reaction was also. Did your brean shortcut or what?

I reacted wrong. I should have flyed of and roleplayed that situation  after that, I could sort it out on TS  that was the right thing to do but I didn’t. 

If I play, like I always play, I don’t acted like that. This was my first and only time. I can give you more reasons why my tought procces was not on point but there verry private. If you wan’t I can explain them to you personal on TS tommorow. I don’t going to put that stuff on the internet.

But like I said. This incident is not me playing how I normal play.

How can we be certain you won't fly off the hook and do something stupid like this again?

Is it acceptable to break rules when others break rules? In what scenario can you go against a server rule if someone else has broken a server rule?

I’m not going to break the rules anymore because I do know how it feels that I can’t play the game when I realy do wan’t to play it. From the moment I did my appeal, I was checking the forum all the time to see If there was any response. I feel so bad that I can’t play because of me not handeling my self for those couple of seconds in game. 

I learned to play the game when I feel okay. If I already feel that I’m annoyed, I will not start up the game anymore and find a different way to clear my mind. 

It is NOT acceptable. Its is childisch behaviour and I’m old enough to know that. If something happens in game, no matter what, always use good quality roleplay to the end of that situation. Afther that, you can ask the people that where in that situation to come to TS and sort it out. If that doesn’t work, you always can report them here on the forum and let the admins handle the case. This is why the report is for. Me VDM this guy was the total oppesit what I should have done. I took it in my own hands on a verry bad way! A server so big as this one, need rules that have to be followed. In real life you just can’t take things in to your own hands to get justice. It’s the same here. 

I’m sorry for this situation. I should have follow the rules and let the admins look at it instead of just VDM this guy because I tought thad he was not playing fare.
