In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for the rule 2.2 whitch is RDM.

The way i would described this rule is no or a poor initation on someone where they are not able to understand if they have been thretened or not, witch you then kill them without them
being able to do anything about it.

I was banned becouse I killed a man with a gun out, that i mistok for a rebel we had been fighting preivously. It was a huge mistake of my half and i appoligise for this.
I should of double checked and made 100% certain that it was the right person, this error is the key reason behind my ban.

Why should we unban you ?
The reason i believe i deserve to be unbanned is this was a mistake, I take full responiblity that what happened was my fault and mine alone, but it was still a mistake.
I didn't realise what i had done fully untill a bit of time pasted. I should off tried a lot harder to find out the name of the person i had shot and then go and talk to him
and get it sorted, but i didn't and again for that im sorry.

I also wont to add that becouse this was a complete mistake, i think this should be taken into consideration.

I would like to comment on Olivers comment that he made when he issued me the ban 'Now don't worry about this mistake, I've made mistakes and so has everyone else but we do
have to learn from them and also accepted our punishments.' I intend to do just that and make sure that I make sure that i am right when shoting at someone. I have been here for
a long time and this is my first mistake when it comes to RDM and for that i appoligise, understand what i did wrong, and therefor in the futer i will 100% make sure that i am right
becouse lets be honest i don't want this to be the mistake that i can not return to the community for.

I would like to add that fact that i have been apart of this community for a long time and i would love to stay here, i think it would be a real upsetting situation if i am not able
to return from this. I feel as though i have offered a lot of things to this community as has it for me.

I would like to add that i have learnt from this ban that i need to make sure that i am right next time, and also that i try and sort this kind of thing out faster, before it gets to this point
i have learnt that i made a mistake and that this is my punishment for it, i just hope that you give me another chance.

If i was put in this situation again, i would attempt to grasp and understand that situtaion more, becouse although i was right to kill 2 of the rebels, i was NOT right to kill the indicudal that
i coursed a massive problem for, and that i can understand why he was so upset. I will makre sure i am very clear with what i am doing and make sure it will never happen again.

This was MY fault and i take FULL responsibility, and i hope you can give me another chance. Thanks BeatZ

This is your second ban now, how many chances should we be giving you to break rules?

To be honest I'm disappointed I broke any rules, and I understand it must be hard for you to trust that I won't do this again, I feel as though my first ban I learned from, and I have never done anything like what I got banned for again. With this witch I take responsibility for, but it was a mistake and just like I learned from that, I wish to take this as a learning curve so I can better myself on the community. 

In awnser to you question, I think you should give me this chance becouse just like before I proved I could learn from it, and I will do the same thing again with this, and to be extra careful in the future if I am to get unbanned.

Why did you feel at the time that the situation was still active? Do you now understand why that was considered wrong?

The reason why I thought I could do this is that we had eyes on with the darter, and from what I heard we had confirmed that they were the same people, but the individual that I wrongly killed was new to the situation and by killing him I broke this rule.

I do understand what I did wrong, and I should have gone and spoken to them to confirm this if I had of done that this issue would never have happened.

Again this was a mistake that I regret very much, and my actions will be very different if put in this situation again.

And @CC Aiden I want to thank you for helping me the day I was issued this ban.

I once again appoligise for breaking the (4.7) rule. I would really appreciate a second chance. As I have never been banned before.

You we're given a second chance and you have blown it. How many chances should we give you?

Did you not already ask me this question @Robbie? 

I answered this, I will say it again. 

I am angry that I broke this rule, and just like before, I learned from my mistake, I intend to do the same with this, and you won't see my name on one of these unban appeals again. 

You should give me a second chance because I have been apart of this community for a long time, with minimal problems, and would hate to have to leave. 

I think that if you were to give me this chance it would have to be the last. I just really want to be given this chance, so I can prove to you as staff and to myself, i can take my wrong doings, and make myself a better member of the community.
