In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Me and some friends were attempting to rob a gas station as we had noticed the high payouts. We had been doing them for a couple of days with pistols but most were unsuccessful due to the amount of police response, so we decided to gear up and try again. This time police showed up as expected Rambo had said to the police that if anyone enters they will be shot and that we have the place surrounded. Soon after that UNMC pulls up and approaches Rambo. He then proceeded to shoot the UNMC member and a police officer that walked in after him. Rambo was shot dead right after by another UNMC member. That's when we decided to retaliate and a gunfight ensued, during which we noticed a police chopper landing so I shot at the pilot. It wasn't until after I killed them I saw it was actually a rebel TCK Jax I believe. I would be happy to compensate him for what I done if my unban is successful.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because it was not a intentional bait. We was trying to get Rambo some money fast because he is relatively new to the server. I fully understand why I have been banned and apologise for my part in what happened. If my unban is successful I'll be very careful in what I do and will definitely not let someone who is inexperienced do the negotiating for our group.

(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.

Baiting is making people shoot at you just so you can kill them without any or very little roleplay. For example stealing a police car and making them chase you to where you have a group of people setup and waiting for a fight. This is a horrible thing to do because its abusing the police and others just for doing their roleplay job.

No of course not. As i said in the previous post abusing people trying to do their RP job is a horrible thing to do.

Reading you're reasoning above is that the cops tried to RP with the guy in the petrol station and he denied RP and said leave or you will be shot. How will you go about this differently?

firstly I would make sure It's me role playing with the cops and not a new player to the server. I would try my very best to provide quality RP for everyone in the situation and be creative to attempt to get away with the robbery with minimal shots fired.

 
I would firstly try to make up a story as to why the alarm has been triggered and try my best to RP my way out of the situation. If that fails I guess I just obey police and accept my punishment.
