breaking NLR, lying to staff about rules

i broke nlr by going near my old body and saying "i will go get my wetsuit". and then i lied to the admin that i had read all the rules although i had read only a part of them.

Why should we unban you ?
I have now read all the rules and im very sorry for what i had done lying and breaking NLR. I mean i havent played on this server for like a year but no excuses i know. I really like the community in the server and i just met some nice ppl i helped them out with stuff... and then i did something stupid.

Tbh i regret the choice of saying that now. But in my defense i really had no choice but to get banned.

As i said in my appeal I had only read a part of the rules and i knew rdm, vdm, and the green, red and blue zones and that you have to stay in character and so on. But atleast i told him i lied almost instantly about the NLR rule.

 
if you was honest with him,  you would not be banned. 
so you see how far lying to staff brings you. 
can u quote me the rule you broke, And explain in your own words? 

 
Rule (5.3) Your character doesnt know anything that happened in the previous life , just like being a new person.
