In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was (Technically) banned for RDM, shooting at a player without any quality roleplay being had before shots being fired. Specifically for shooting at a player after a gang mates initiation turned out to be invalid on that player.

Why should we unban you ?
I should be unbanned because I personally had no way of knowing if my gang mate had voiced hes initiation with quality rp from my position, and when it turned out that the initiation was actually not valid due to impossible to foresee circumstances from my perspective, I did everything in my power to correct the situation (offering compensation, apologizing and asking to talk to Dain) and prevent it from happening again, I wasnt malicious at all and it wasnt my fault in anyway shape or form what took place. I dont know what I could have done differently, when I was in contact with the player who got rdm'd even he admitted the rp from me was, I quote "fun, showed ingenuity, and was actually very enjoyable".

I have striven to have great rp in rebel encounters/situations at all times since being unbanned, seriously.

I dont know what else to say, this was an honest mistake that I made by listening to my gang mate who appeared to initiate fairly. There isnt anything I could have done to prevent this mistake from happening except deprive Dan or other new players of the server of a great rebel, rp experience of robbing someone firsthand to prevent the risk of a poor initiation. Which isnt fair. I did absolutely everything I could to correct it after realizing that it wasnt a fair initiation.

I expect you to look at the situation from my perspective and try to understand that I couldnt do anything more to try and compensate the mistake someone else made.

You should put more time and effort into me because Its obvious I didnt maliciously RDM, even the person reporting me didnt want me banned as it wasnt my fault, and even then i still tried to correct it. I know the rules well and this situation is just unfortunate, Id like to ask you what could I have done differently to avoid this? Deprive a new player of the experiences of being a rebel and robbing someone just because he may possibly fail to initiate? Run over after dan Initiated and ask Dain if he felt a high quality standard of rp had been reached? go and initiate again and double check just to be sure? I actually did the last one.

I did follow your rules down to a T as an individual, its not my fault that someone else poorly initiated, I understand it is my fault for shooting though and I took their word for it we was initiated, I take responsibility for that, but after it happened I offered dain compensation, watched dan re read the rules, and explained why he cant speak car to car, apologized to Dain. And offered to try resolve it in ts.

Why would I need to be banned if everyone agrees it A: It wasnt malicious. B: When I realized the mistake, I did everything possible to fix the mistake. C; I even tried to initiate again

I have read the post already but I appreciate the information regardless.

Dan didnt say stop the truck or you will be shot, he actually said alot more than that and just to be sure I even re-initiated, admittedly It isnt the best initiation from dan, but it certainly isnt the worst out in my opinion.

This initiation was more than 10 seconds long while Dain was trying to leave, if you are giving orders to someone to stop the car after previously asking nicely, even briefly, and they dont abide then attempt to leave they are limiting their own rp, by leaving, and not staying to listen why we are asking him nicely to get out while also denying the opportunity for dan to deliver a higher quality of rp to the person leaving.

All of this aside as previously stated while I agree it wasnt a great initiation I do agree it dosent constitute high quality rp and warrant a sniper to shoot. However it wasnt a bad attempt and the right intentions were there and I think its only fair to give credit where credit is due, the initiation is right on the borderline and no one in that situation on my side maliciously pulled the trigger thinking we didnt atleast give Dain an opportunity to rp to a great standard.

When I was told that dan hadnt got out of the car to deliver hes initiation I knew we messed up. So I offered to talk to dain in ts, then offered comp, then apologized, then re-read the rules and made sure dan knew what he did wrong in hes initiation.

What more can I do than try to stop the car a second time, after dan initiated, apologize, offer comp, attempt to resolve in ts (All declined) and then re read the rules with all involved in my side.

I would suggest that this too isn't sufficient RP to kill someone. 

That is regardless of the fact that your friend tried to demonstrate hostile intent from his vehicle to another moving vehicle.... 

It does seem like a series of cascading errors. What we need to be sure is that you are fully aware that this situation needs to be totally avoided in the future.

We have the option to shoot someone's tyres, but that would be assuming that the demand to stop would be heard; we see from your own video that this was given from a car. I'm sure you would agree that a moving truck would have difficulty hearing this, even with earplugs in. Only a few seconds goes by (assuming your friend could be heard) before you shoot, aiming directly at the driver not even at the wheels. There is also the option is to chase the vehicle.

You were very recently unbanned from a perm ban, in fact these words from your own perm unban appeal:

"got sick of him and give some minimal rp initiation which was drown out by a heli" - very similar situation

"I would love to show the veterans of RPUK Ive changed" - a few days go by and you in fact show us that you have not changed.

Having been banned for RDM, and then given the below ultimatum by management in your unban appeal, you then proceed to get banned for the same rule break little over a week later, it is clear you have not learned or changed. 

Denied - Perm ban reinstated.
