For continuously interupting matt while he was trying to tell me what server rule i had broken

Why should we unban you ?
I now know understand it is vital for all server rules to be respected and thoroughly read through aswell as respecting staff. I apologies Matt didnt mean to upset you, i hope you can accept my apolog.

The rule i broke is rule 2.7 Trolling: 

(2.7) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense. Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or permanent ban depending on the severity).

(1.6) The Staff Team may ban any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have a valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues

Trolling means acting in a way that is ruins an rp experience or being disruptive/annoying towards someone else eg: Running around police shouting pigs, spamming direct chat, blocking doorways etc etc

Rule 1.6 is simply to say that staff uphold the right to ban anyone who is disruptive.

Since i have been banned from ts i have reflected on my actions on both ts and ingame and have really stepped up my roleplay, for example yesterday there was a very armed man who wanted a lift so i got him in the car and he told me to pull up to a random house and i could see a guy at the back so i thought he wanted to rob me, so i drove away and after 20mins of hilarious rp he puts his stuff in the car, i take hes guns and tell him to follow me to the nearest garage to get another car (i had crashed at this point) to take him to hes friend who has been arrested and is being taken to Jail, while we are running he says he has called the cops on me and called me an idiot (in very funny rp) i could of killed him multiple times and i could of robbed him for his silenced mxm with black ams and 20 mags, but instead i got to the garage got my car out drove to the route the police where taking and gave him hes gun back knowing full well that he would rob me when he had the chance, (I have footage of all of the situation if u want it,) so we set up the road block and then he kills the police as they go past and his friend is in the car, but we need lockpicks i travel 8km and buy lockpicks and free his friend at which point they rob me, fair play but i realised i would have missed out on ALL of that great funny rp if i killed him and taken hes mxm, if you check my stats page u will see that i dont have a lot of money and i really could have used with that gear and i probably would have taken it and killed him a week ago but since getting banned from ts i have really improved myself and my attitude in this community and i knopw realise that i should worry about what gear or what cars i have more about making memories and having a laugh with people. Thanks!

I will. Myself, Aiden and stuart were dealing with Atek in the staff help channels ude to him having a video of someone VDM'ing him, he showed us the evidence he had, After watching the video my attention was brought to Atek wearing UNMC clothing. I asked him why he was wearing this and told him that it was against the rules. Atek said that he had no knowledge of this rule, and started saying that the rule was pointless and shouldn't be on the server. 

While we were "Discussing" this, I went through the player's BM log, and after finding theats to report asked him what that was about as well. This kept going around between Atek saying that there are pointless rules, we directed him towards to rules feedback but he continued to "argue" with us. 

After interrupting staff multiple times, I issued the ban, as we had spent 30 minutes of dealing with him.

Stuart/Aiden may be able to give some more information.

My apologies mate i hope you can understand i was frustrated after spending an hour/ hour and a half to get that gear in a big rp situation then to get vdm'd and told i had broken a rule, i try hard to follow the rules and i have been doing very well since being banned so it was a kick in the balls to come on ts to report the vdm and get told I was breaking a rule, which i was, but in that moment i though that the vdm rule that the other guy broke was way more bad and important that my measley unmc clothing rule break.

But after reflection i understand ALL rules are just as important and it simply isnt acceptable in this community to debate them the way i did, i have put up suggestions and got more involved in the community as u will see in my profile and i now know how to debate certain rules that i dont like rather than cutting staff off in teamspeak.

I want you to know for clarification @Madmatt150 that i never in my mind was trying to start an argument or be offensive, and i dont think i was insulting if i remember correctly and i never insulted you or anyone else but i shouldn't have reacted that way and i understand that next time im talking with staff about a rule that they know best and to shut up. I have taken ATLEAST that from this situation.

Sorry again for being confrontational Stuart Matt and Aiden, i hope you dont build a reputation of me in your mind that i like being a dick to staff when i really appreciate everything you guys do for me and everyone else in this community.
