In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think i wanted to rob someone and while following him i somehow managed to ram into his vehicle. I do not really recall the whole situation but im pretty sure three years of beeing banned made me rethink before doing something.

Why should we unban you ?
Because it has been almost 3 years and i have changed a lot since then. i do not disagree that i was wrong at the time but i will do my beast to stay on the right side - not breaking the rules ever again

So go to the rulespage and copy and paste the rule you broke, Then explain why a rule this is needed. 
Also why did you took 3 years to appeal? 

 
Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

it's needed so people don't randomly kill and ram other players with their vehicles and maintain high level roleplay environment.

I took 3 years to appeal because i was playing other games and recently my friend came back to the server, and he invited me to play.

To make sure you have a good appreciation of the rules, seeing as you have been away for so long, I'd like you to pick out what you think the 3 most important rules are for RPUK and why you think we have them. 

 
RDM - This rule is required so that players do not randomly without any true specific reason kill other players.

Meta gaming - Creates more realistic roleplay experience, situations and prevents other people from exploiting certain things like  teamspeak or game mechanics.

Newlife rule - This rule is required so (for example) that players do not go back to the same area where they were originally killed and revenge kill instead.

Now you state you will do your best to follow the rules but here you are bumping your appeal. If you can't read our ban appeal guidelines how am I supposed to trust that you will read our actual rules?

 
I wanted to let tell the admin that i wrote the 3 most important rules i think there is but after that i realised that i should not have asked the admin to check it, so i edited the post to just dot.

I tried deleting the post but i could not. I'm very sorry for bumping the post.
