In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think my ban was fair. I was transporting some illegal stuff, and the police wanted to pull me over. After they were chasing me and I didn't wanted to pay for anything, I tought it would be a good idea to leave. And i left the server! That's why I was banned.

Why should we unban you ?
I am sorry for what I did. This was a year ago and in this time I think I grown up enough to take the game completely serious. I am not saying, that I wasn't taking the server serious, but I didn't think about the consequences. It would be good if I got the unban, because my friend is playing on the server and I would really like to play again with him!

It's fine to see you that understand why the ban was put in place but i do have some questions.

  • Why did you think it was fine to do this?
  • Why do we have this rule in place ?

Well I didn't think it was fine, but I was angry for a reason i dont remember any more sadly. I think the rule is in place to avoid gear saving exploits, and Role Play braking.

Sorry for my misunderstanding. The rule I broke was the General Rules (2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting.

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

So if we put you in a similar situation again, what would you do ?

 
Well I would play like my Role lets me to play in the current situation and not leave the game!

 
You can put in more effort with that.

From the player notes, I can see that your truck was disabled then you logged out.

Imagine for a moment you had just done a big run and had a truck full of illegal valuables.... The police pull you over for a routine traffic stop and ask to search your vehicle...... tell us how you would roleplay this situation (there is no wrong answer... other than to combat log) but tell us in as much detail as you can imagine, what you would do.

 
I can think of more than one scenarios.

I would try to bait the police to get out of their car, and then speed off the fastest I can, but probably they would catch up because I have a truck so it would turn into a police pursuit, where I would probably get my tires shot out, and they would disable my car. Because they have more manpower than me, and better guns too I would most likely to die if i fight back, but I would try. The other option is to try to make a run for it on foot. If I would be in an urban area I think I would have a decent chance to lose them, and then tell my friend on radio to pick me up. If all of this fails, and they catch me, I would try to convice them, that the truck I was driving wasn't mine. If I can't do anything, and they don't belive me I would accept my fine and prison sentence!

I can think about this right now! I hope I wrote it detailed enough!

 
I think my overall mentality changed about RolePlaying. And I grown enough to take it completely serious.
