You logged out whilst in restraints in the back of a police car. So you think because it was 3 years ago you should just be unbanned?

 
No i was after some clarification for what i was apparently banned for as your ban message for me was well vague, I did a search around here for a report with my name on it but couldn't find one before i mounted my defence

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

I honestly can't remember it happening as it was 3 years ago, I'm not pleading ignorance as my defence I'm just stating that that it was a long time ago and much has happened in my life since then.
so if unbanned  I will certainly be following the rules better than I did 3 years ago and wouldn't want to end up back here again

Well I certainly won't be combat logging thats for sure and would let it all play out and let any in game punishment that i would/could of received happen

since when you filled this in you had no idea why you were banned.

I didn't even know I was banned to be honest, I had  pretty much stopped playing arma 3 completely during the 3 years  and I don't remember any problems from the last time I was on the server all that time ago. 

I only got back into playing it again last week when a co-worker of mine talked me into playing again did I install arma and it was upon joining the server has was playing which is this communities server(s) that I discovered that I had been banned,  hence the need to ask for clarification for the rule(s) that I broke when appealing my ban.

follow the rules, i hope i don't see in this section of the forums again.
