I was with asl, and do not completely understand idea why I was banned.
The ban says I combat logged, as you can see at the end of the video, I get shot and killed, then leave AFTER a few moments.

Why should we unban you.
I did NOT combat log, I died, how can I quit to avoid death when I'm already dead.

If logging out after death like I did in the video counts, then I apologize.

Good evening,

I will be handling the appeal of your pending deportation from the island.

reviewing your video, did you log off while waiting for a medic, or did you respawn and log off. The rules do not state that it's only in combat, but also logging while waiting for a medic is against the rules as well.

Would also like input from @Liquid

I did not want to wait for a medic at that time,  I waited for the respawn timer to drop, then re-spawned and logged off.

Hello!

Devvo who killed one of you was me! You disconnected right after that video, which is merely a few seconds. In my eyes you've potentially combat logged to save any gear you have on you from disappearing. Your friend did the same.

EDIT: Clearly as you and your friend have used the same video, which has been conveniently cut off before either of you 'respawn' I am 100% confident you disconnect a couple of seconds after being killed.. Which I witnessed in the feed on the left hand side anyway, hence why I issued the ban.

You make those claims without any basis, and I feel the ban is completely unjustifiable.

The reason the video stops where it does is because I use shadow play,  and it doesn't save the future, only when I hit the save.

And the only reason I have the shadow play was because at the time I believed I was RDM'd, as you can tell in the video, I even say 'WTF is going on', as we couldnt hear the warning over the 2 guys talking shit.

I also couldn't care less about the gear on my character , as I also posted about my character being reset before.

There's no video evidence to exonerate you as it does not show you pressing respawn. Also it takes at least up to 30 seconds before you can respawn. It's not a few seconds.

Yes. The reason I issued the ban is I witnessed them log out almost immediately after I personally killed them.
