In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned due to glitching out of restraints in a shootout with the police and killing an officer.

Why should we unban you.
While I fully acknowledge that I did in fact glitch out of the restraints, I was unaware of the existence of such a glitch (which has been since explained to me, I won't go into details as I don't want to make the information more readily available), I believed that the police had simply knocked me out with rubber bullets and subsequently forgotten to restrain me (due to the presence of my friend upstairs, whom they were also fighting with), one officer was killed by my friend, who was then restrained, I simply stood up and realized I could still move around and had my pistol out, so I shot the officer, I was not aware that I had unintentionally glitched out of the restraint.

While I have no way of proving I did not know of this glitch, nor any way to prove that I didn't do this intentionally, I would ask that you give me another chance, I have played this server (though somewhat sporadically due to real life) for at least 3 months (my first forum post was on the 7th of January of this year), in that time I have adhered to the rules, I have never been reported before for anything, and frankly would gain nothing from glitching out of restraints over a meth run, it is hardly worth risking (and almost assuring) a ban, simply to avoid getting arrested after the amount of hours I have enjoyed this server. I would also point out that after the event, two more police rubber bulleted me and restrained me, I stood there and attempted to RP with the police, I will outline this bellow in case it makes any difference:

Firstly as the police officer simply walked around a corner and sprayed me, I put in direct something to the effect of //Nice initiation...
I now realize that they sprayed me because they thought I was intentionally breaking the rules, I just simply thought they had not initiated on me.
They didn't respond to me and simply repeated "Are you going to speak" at which point I told him I had passed him a note and would he read it, to which he replied "no I won't read it"
The second officer then said in direct communication "I would just like to say goodbye", so I said "Why are you saying goodbye, where am I going"
He replied "You are leaving the island, Farmer Giles says goodbye" and I was kicked from the server.
It was this point I joined ts, it was explained that I had been banned and why, and the glitch in question explained, it was then I realized what had happened and came here to make my case.

I hope you will give me another chance in this matter.

Are you aware that once you see the restraint message if you're not unrestrained by a cop or a lock pick you are to remain still?

I am aware of that, however as I said I was unaware of the glitch, as it was heat of the moment I did not read the chat at the time, had I known about the glitch I would have double checked that, I fully acknowledge that I was in the wrong here, but it was as a result of ignorance to the existence of the glitch, not an intentional exploitation.

If you give me a second chance I will be sure to check the chat to see if I have been restrained before doing anything else.

I broke the using known exploits rule (though I myself did not know of it)

In the event of knowingly glitching out of the restraints I should have placed my hands on my head.

In my case I was not aware, thus what I should have done is attempted to resolve the situation and make it right, however in my defence I was offered no such opportunity, at no point was I contacted and told to join teamspeak, no attempt to resolve the situation was made, had I been told I had glitched out of the restraints I would have returned to the scene, returned the items the officers lost and continued the roleplay with me restrained as it should have been, unfortunately I had no opportunity to do this as the first I knew of my glitching out of the cuffs was from a member of the support team after I had already been banned.
