In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I think I was banned for saying "how do they let 12 year olds in the police" to PC Connor as he was restraining me.

Why should we unban you.
I spoke to CSI Walt about what I said and he instructed me to go and apologise to PC Connor immediately as soon as he gets back on duty, and I understood completely and agreed. I found PC Connor at the Kavala garage and said Sorry and apologised profusely, PC Connor then said "its fine man do not worry about it". Then I immediatley messaged CSI Walt letting him know I apologised to PC Connor and everything was ok, as he was initially very upset with what I had said. Everything was resolved and was fine untill I had no clue Farmer Giles banned me.

You were banned before you apologised, i just couldn't kick you from the game.

Ive resolved the situation with the persons involved though? Surely people should not just be banned like that and instead take an approach like how CSI Walt did with asking to apologise to the person I said it too. Anyone can simply press a ban button with a click, takes a man to resolve a situation without having to ban immediately.

I actually complained to neo seeing as you was in his gang, but @Neotold me to issue a ban.

What gang I was in is besides the point, I resolved the issue in a matter of minutes, and I made sure PC Connor accepted my apology at his own discretion and with no hard feelings. So im to stay banned even though I resolved the matter? If so, is it possible I can have another admins opinion on this as I think I dealt with the situation as best as I could, and feel like im being treated unfairly for something the victim and I have RESOLVED already thanks to CSI Walt.

Also, you exploited the handcuffs system, how do you explain that?

For that I understand and apologised to the people involved in restraining me as I couldve ruined their RP experience. PC connor explained to me in direct OOC chat that you should put your hands up again in an event like that. I said from then on I understood and learnt a new rule I did not know and that I was sorry if I ruined anything for them as I was completely oblivious to that rule and just followed the message I got on screen and thought Id take the opportunity to get away. However do you think not knowing a rule like that is grounds for a ban?

if you didn't know it was illegal to kill someone, does that make it okay?

it's not the same, no... but the principle still stands. So stop putting up walls and essentially being rude to the admin, and actually work on getting the ban side of this resolved.

Isn't this my un-ban appeal? I've already said what happened, and it's up to the Admin to unban or not.
