In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I don't really know, the server was lagging and I hit a guys car by accident, and he got out and tried to shoot me. I started driving away then I was banned.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I think you should give me a final chance because the admin didn't give me any warnings, and I believe the other man should have been banned because he attempted to RDM me.

Hello,

The forums got wiped when I posted my response. This player ran into a stopped SUV at a T-intersection. The other player believed he was getting attacked, and shot at Artic's boxer truck at the tires. At one point Artic hesitated, and then went into full reverse almost running over the player however he ran around and continued to shoot the tires. He then tried to drive away and veered again torwards the player, almost hitting him.

Ok, we did that on accident. The server was lagging when we ran into him, and we backed up because a guy in the market un holstered a pistol. In no means did we intend on VDMing the man that was shooting at us.

I didn't try to lie, I'm sorry, can you please reply, I had no means of trying to be banned. I'm very sorry, could you please give me another chance! I have never been banned before and I really want to play with my friends, it was a while ago and I don't remember my mindset. I would just really love another chance, because this is a great server. Could we at least talk on TS?

I have 3 accounts because I made one ages ago and forgot about it, made another than never used it so I forgot the password, and the one I'm using now is one I made recently.

Am I going to get unbanned or not? I'm kind of confused by this whole system of sending a request to get unbanned as I've never seen it this complex to dispute a ban. I mean no disrespect by saying this, but the whole system seems a little much for a ban like mine. I didn't even VDM the guy, but he tried to RDM me and he got away with it? I don't really understand how you assess things as an admin but I feel like a warming or at least a explanation before I was perm banned. Anyways I appreciate that you read my request and I hope I can be unbanned someday.

From my point of view, on my end, I felt it was an attempted VDM based on the second or two it appeared you were thinking (You claim lag, but it must have been on your end, because I didn't have any.) and then you started reversing at him

Before that the vehicle was stopped, but I didn't hear anything. If you have his name I will be more than happy he get his just desserts as well, but from my PoV it shows a stopped SUV and a man shooting at the tires of a vehicle, not the windshield attempting to kill the driver.

I have dodgey internet so it was probably on my side in that case, it may look like we tried to VDM him and as  I watched the video it looks like I was trying to, but honestly we spent all our money on that truck so we were trying to get back to the garage before he killed us, and the reason we swerved the second time was because he destroyed our tire. I have never been banned from this sever before and I have no intentions to VDM or brake the rules, I don't have the guys name as I thought you guys would have had it. I am sincerely sorry for hitting his vehicle, but in no way was I trying to VDM him or brake the rules. I was only trying to get away as me and my friends get RDMed all the time on your server and lose all our money for stupid reasons. If you could just look from my perspective you would understand why I did what I did.

How long does this ban last? 

Is there anything I can do to get unbanned? Or is this permanent? All I want to do is play with my friends, I didn't mean for any of this to happen.

I would normally unban for this but you have blatantly lied here and thesoldier has proved that it was a fully intentional VDM.
