In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was leader of a newly formed gang, we had about 8 members and a couple of these member where duping. Because we where all in the same gang channel i guess the admins thought we must be duping together. To conclude this the whole gang was blanket banned as a result.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel i should be unbanned because i was just associated with the people duping and i do admit that i did know they where duping and as a gang leader it was wrong not to contact and admin about it. I now know what i did was wrong, its been along time since i was banned not sure how long about just under a year and i now acknowledge what i did was wrong and have matured and understand the rules a lot more.

Okay, you state you weren't a part of the duping however I have staff notes from approximately 1 month prior to your ban for 3 dupe logs (Telltale sign) marking you out as someone who was potentially duping, you then 'lost connection' from the server, immediately rejoin (Again telltale signs) and begin interacting with a house crate (Another key indicator) with several members of your gang. Ross, Greeny and Paulo. 

So I'm sure you'd understand why I'm reasonably skeptical of what you're saying, especially as you state you knew it was going on and didn't think to tell a staff member.

So would you care to explain your highly suspect behaviour and why you decided not to contact staff regarding ongoing exploiting within your own gang?

OK so this suspect behaviour it not a sufficient  to ban someone for duping because my internet is pretty dodgy and will go down time to time, when i join most of the time i will spawn at my house and grab some gear out my crate to go back out. For the reason i didn't tell an admin about my gang duping due to there where not just gang members they where close friends, i didn't want to ruin the relationship.

Before we can even consider actually unbanning you, would you mind telling me why you have 2 Valve Anti-Cheat bans AND 3 Steam Game Bans? To me, it seems like you've done this sort of thing before on other games, and are trying to pull a fast one here.

Hacking in a bunch of valve games, and getting blanket banned from an arma community where is the relevance. And whats a "fast one" xD

Also  it was along time ago when i got them bans and i now realise how bad i was back then.

So you've got the single largest number of VAC bans I think I've ever personally seen and you still don't understand why that's relevant? You're obviously a serial offender known to use devious methods. You've also admitted to being part of previous duping and didn't see any moral obligation to move away from that. 

You pose a serious risk of re-offending, explain in some serious detail - What can you bring to the server to warrant us taking that risk? What unique and interesting qualities can you provide to improve the experience of the community as a whole?

First of all i would to say please don't judge me off my vac bans, a lot of them where from 3-4 years ago when i was modding call of duty lobby's and being a general "minge". continuing i would like to say the other gang member that where duping we all now agree that is was the worst thing we could of done on a role-playing server due to it defeating the point and ruining the other players experience.

All i can give to you about me not re-offending is my word and how i have changed of these 9 months. Over this time i haven't step away from arma role-play i have been focusing on other role-play community's. In this time i have gain 1000+ hours of experience in how to deal with all kinds of situations. One thing that i am proud of is running gangs of 30+ using proper military tactics, making for really high quality role-play. 

The reason i want to come back to RPUK is due to its not like any other role-play community is has this unique experience that you just can't get anywhere else, back when i was banned when i very new to the arma 3 scene i didn't appreciate the community. I now understand that if i'm going to dedicate my time to an arma community it needs to be this one.

Accordingly i am going to tell you some personal experiences over this time and that i would like to bring to the community,  i have practice being very creative and i would say becoming some what of a graphic designer i have made many logo's for community's and other gangs also did many designs for websites. Also looked into some of the back-end of arma and becoming quite experienced in re-texturing. If there is anything else you would like me to provide i will be sure to answer.

2 of your bans are from less than a year ago, and the fact that is the case, ontop of the fact that this ban occurred over a year ago, and the earlier notes I have provided. I don't feel comfortable unbanning you at this time.
