In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
The reason why I was banned was because before the incident occurred, I robbed two fellers at the metal trader. I sat around there for about five minutes and nothing occurred. Soon after though, my mom told me I had to get off for the night, so I did. I did also make sure that there was nothing occurring around me. But yes i do believe I combat logged, but I am sorry because I had to get off for the night.

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban me because I really enjoy playing on this server and the environment around me. The only reason why I had to combat log was because I had to get off other wise my mom would have pulled the wifi. Next time I am going to be aware of the time that I have and to make sure I have enough of it to role play the situation out. I am very sorry in general and it will not happen again.

Sure do. We were dealing with a traffic stop very close to Altis Metal Exports when we observed a helicopter land a short distance from AME. A few mins later we heard shots fired from that location, INS Jas moved in to investigate and witnessed aNoodle robbing civilians. CI Hugo also witnessed and confirmed this.  As officers moved in, aNoodle attempted to escape (or at least run off), heading in the direction of his helicopter which we had already investigated. I and DI Curly were monitoring him via scope / binos and guiding officers to his location for an attempted arrest. 

As SGT Steve got close to his position and shouted for him to come out with his hands up, he aborted to lobby and disconnected.

Due to our close location at the time, officers were on scene within a minute of hearing shots and prior to aborting to lobby, there were 4 officers swarming metal exports and surrounding area, so to say you waited 5 mins and nothing occurred is not accurate.  In my opinion, there's simply no way you could not have been aware of the active police presence at the time.

Oh, well I had been camping in a bush near the trader for a few minutes, may not have been five, but it was close to it. But over all I am very sincere for my actions and regret my actions. I am willing to pay my ticket even if extra fees are added. I apologize to whom I have interrupted with my bad roleplay situation and I will no do it again. Also when I was running into the bush, I did not hear anyone yelling me to put my hands up. Whether it be my side or his but I apologize either way.

 
The rule that I have broken would be combat logging. This is when you evade the situation by logging out in which you should be role playing out instead. I am so sorry that I had broken this rule. @JohnJoeegan

How about a 3 day cool down for the attempted bump?
