in my opinion i believe i was banned for something i done by my own mistake i feel that a ban was not necessary in my case i am sorry but it was also there fault on there side they decided to turn out when i was turning in and it led to a big issue this could have been resolved in a peaceful manner i understand i hit her but at the end of the day it was done by accident i was even shocked and nervous when our vehicle hit them in there video at my point of i feel that it was something that was caused by dsync an because i reacted so fast and turned out it led to there vehicle being hit,i believe i was banned for VDM which stands for vehicle deathmatch this is when you use in game vehicles to try murder people in a un allowed way

Why should we unban you ?
i want to be unbanned because i done something by mistake and im mature enough to accept my actions and im sorry but i also want to mention on why perspective asked for comp when she died for another reason after the situattion she claimed i "caused her to die" when she decided to get into a gun fight with another group at the end of the day i didnt mean to hit her she didnt need to make a big deal because you can hear how shocked i was when i almost rammed into her car on my screen i was not that close to what perspective saw and none of that would have happened if they had no diverted onto the main road i was just really confused she decided to take the dirt road and then turn out into my lane while i was coming full speed that didnt give me enough time to react this is a fault on both sides i am gonna apologies and hope for the best but i am going to be the bigger one here and admit that i did ram her by accident i want to return so i can play with my mates again it will make sure to be 2 steps ahead next time if i do make a return to the server it wont happen again my sincere apologies to perspective and the staff members.

First, I would like to thank you for your time and start off by saying that I do understand my actions as of late were poorly thought out and all could have been handled differently. My lapse of judgment is not an excuse for my actions which I take full responsibility for since they are my actions and no one else's. Due to those actions I must also face the consequences, which in this case was my ban. This has given me the time to fully process my actions along with the errors of my ways. I have also thought about the situations of late regarding my case and have come to the understanding that I could have handled them much differently and if given the opportunity again I would handle those situations more appropriately. So what you're saying is you never intentionally did anything that looked like vehicle death match and in fact were caught up in some kind of desync?

Yes indeed i never intentionally tried to VDM Perspective and as seen in her video and mine we both saw different sides to the situation which is why desync occurred on her screen and not mine.

I also don't see how this video corresponds to this situation.

 
You keep saying it a mistake, but let's look at your history:

  1. Banned for VDM
  2. Banned for Exploits
  3. Banned for Abusing GZ boundaries
  4. Banned for Combat Logging
  5. Warned for Breaking RP
  6. Warned for Breaking NLR
  7. Warned for breaking NLR (again)
  8. Warned to pay attention to HQ RP.


For someone who's just made a mistake/lack of judgment, that's a long list so - why should we bother continuing with this if you're just going to keep having these "mistakes" or "lack of judgement"?

 
I understand i have a bad history on the server and when i first played on the  server i was younger and i didn't really know how serious an rp server is and i ended up breaking rules and ended up getting banned but i found the right people and they thought me the ways of the server.I have grown up since then and i have matured alot more since my previous bans and i have been trying my best to not get into any trouble like this since my last ban which was a long time ago now and i do realise i have been slipping up in recent times and that has gotten me my ban which is my punishment for not being as careful as i have been since my last ban and i am truly sorry for that because i really enjoy the server and i have put many hours into it and i don't want to pout it all to waste.

If i do manage to make a return i will try my very best to try not have these mistakes and lack of judgement's and yes i will make mistakes as everyone does but i will deal with that in the right manner if needed and i will take responsibilty for my own actions.I have learned from my mistakes and this should not be a problem in the future.

Maturity changes people and im not the person i used to be when i first joined the server.

So this isn't a video of you then, because you never committed intentional VDM? 

Also, for reference the video talks about accidental crashes to a much loved children's cartoon. It was a prompt for you to try and explain what we see here.

There really is no excuse to what is shown and I have no explanation for what I did, but know that I shouldn't have done it. I don't know what I was thinking at the time. I could've been angry at something and just took it out on the guy on the go kart, but I'm not fully certain of this. I do know that I should have never let my feelings overlap my judgement, since it can cause irrational actions to occur which are something I try to avoid.

 
Anonymous Puffinbird, put simply I don't believe you.

In each of your responses you've lied about your intent and the reasons behind it and to be honest we're not buying it.
If you're serious about coming back to the server I suggest you go away and have a serious think about what went wrong in this appeal.
