In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Driving around agios in a sport hatchback purposely running someone over, driving to the end of agios and doing a u turn to do the same thing again. There was no previous encounter with this person at all.

Why should we unban you ?
I'm new to this server in terms of days, I joined the community about 2 weeks ago and I'm still learning. I've played alot of this server since I joined and I've had very interesting encounters and alot of fun. I enjoy playing on this server and I've been a good and useful asset to many situations like hostages, robberies etc.

I'm not going to lie and say I never knew about this rule because I always have and I've never intentionally broken it until today. And In All honesty I understand that this action was inexcusable. I ran the person over twice purely because I was tired and bored and I generally just enjoy driving around.
I'm very sorry for this and it won't happen again.
Reading other unban appeals I'll try and answer most of the questions here before they need to be asked:

Why can we trust you to not break server rules when you get bored again?

Because through this, I have learnt the hard way that breaking server rules regardless of how major or minor, can ruin other people's experience, enjoyment, and will get me banned. something in which I did not think about when I ran him over, but I will now think about before I do this again. Next time I'm bored ill remember that breaking rules csn easily get me banned.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban.
This is to stop people being disabled from shooting or running away etc as they are on the ground and can't do anything. Arma is also known for bad physics so a light collision would often end up in an explosion or desync which isn't realistic.

If you find our server boring why should we bother to unban you?
Because I wasn't bored of the server but rather I was  bored in terms of what to do like going for a robbery, doing a diamond run etc. I wasn't bored so that I didn't want to play on the server so i just vdmed because of it, but rather I just wanted to drive around and see what was going on ie cops arresting people. If I was bored of the server I would've just left instead of driving around doing nothing.

Also, if you are wondering why I messaged an admin regarding a ban, that was before I got banned. My Internet turned off and this was before I was banned from the server, hence why I asked an admin about what is going to happen next since I didn't know.

How can I believe this will not happen again? When I look at you player profile you have been extremely lucky in not being banned sooner. 2 warnings in 2 weeks and a ban. Your statement of it won't happen again is a lie because it does keep happening again. Often!

because up until now i never realised these things would get me banned, now that i have i realised its going to get me banned and eventually a perm ban i will be much more careful.. I wasnt aware of the severity of the punishment but now i know it can easily get you banned. I can explain the 2 warnings, the first one was on my first or second day where i wasnt aware of how strict the roleplay was, mainly because other servers have a lot less roleplay. my second warning was purely me just not reading the rules properly but rather just a skim read which i have now corrected. I can promise you this wont happen again and if theres anyway to prove it i will do so.

my goal is to definately try and get into either posiedon or police as it can allow for interesting roleplay situations, but mainly search for enjoyable roleplay scenarios ie taking a hostage or finding an undercover police officer. I dont really have an actual endgame though because with roleplay theres endless possibilites of what you can do, with every other game you can only do so much but with roleplay you can do anything. something that happens doesnt neccessarily have to be apart of the game. Another goal i have is to maybe take on the rba which im looking forward, i also want to try and uncover secret information from mi5 or any undercover police officer.

i didnt say what you quoted but similar yes. I apologise for saying that since it was quite childish, if it doesnt say on the notes id like to add that i didnt intend to specifically call an admin a retard as i didnt know who it was but i used it as a more general sense. but i understand that regardless of that its still a bad and unncessary thing to say so again i apologise.

Yes i do, the breaking roleplay was when i was very new and didnt know how strict the rules are on roleplay, since other servers have much less roleplay. As for the teleporting i wasnt fully aware of it at the time but i am now and would never do anything like that in the future. After these mistakes i can confidently say i have read the rules thoroughly and understand them now

ok i understand, but i really hope you can give me another chance to prove to you and the community that im not unkind like that, if theres anything i can do to show you that i will do so. i can really promise you that this or any of these rulebreaks will not ever happen again. Ive had great roleplay scenarios and fun since ive joined and id do anything for you to let me continue to do so
