In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Gangmember shouted in radio he is being robbed, heard gunshots on salt trader and responded. Stopped where the shots had been fired next to my gang member. When I got out from my vehicle I got my weapon out from my backpack, initiated guy circling vehicle and started shouting really loud "drop your weapon". Helicopter landed some way of us but the distance to the guy was not too great and he was in the range to hear my commands. Guy started shooting at the helicopter, so I shot him down. As the helicopter crew was not part of our gang I guessed they will begin firing at me since this guy engaged them (later on so they did). I hopped into my car and made a run for it after seeing my gang mate was shot dead. Soon after I see myself kicked from the server without a reason by neo. I contacted Neo in TS and tried to ask him to have a chat what was wrong (i was not banned at this point). He then told me that he does not wanna chat with me and did just respond "RDM is RDM", I then proceeded to explain what went down and that i had initiated with the guy, but he refused to talk further (I was not banned at this point). Later I find myself banned by Neo with the reason RDM. You can see the chat log as whole in my video at the ending.

Why should we unban you.
As the video shows I clearly think this ban is unjustified. RP was carried out, guy refused to comply. He was given enough of time to comply and not to keep on shooting other people. I even double checked my channels to make sure I was in a right channel to initiate the guy. Even in case this guy did not hear me due the helicopter this could had been compensated, because as you can see from the video I'm standing literally 5m from the target.

Ban on this case feels to me its really extreme as I was ready to solve the situation. I never got contacted by the guy I killed, only chat post situation went down with Neo.

After the event I tested the scenario with my friend as I also thought this might be the case. We created the whole event again from the video, and there is good LOS and good voice to the target. We tested it with and without the helo, helicopter does not affect the sound too much. However if this would have been the case I would have expected the player to have a chat with me to try to resolve the situation. What I did not expect was to get banned, for not breaking the rules. 

Everyone can of course improve in every way. I could have had driven right next to him. I could have had waited more for his response. But to think it from those angles you need to realize what I had in mind. My priority 1. was to get the gang member out of there with the possibly stack of cash from the salt trader. Secure and extract, easy enough. We were 2 against many, so it had to happen fast. I had no intention to stay and have a fight. 

Should I driven right next to him: low chance of VDM, but still possibility. He was already fighting with my friend, you can see him to pop first shots on my buddy when I arrive so having to stop right next to him would have had me to get some bullets right away with really high chance. This is mostly why I chosed to stay alittle further and so i could see the whole side of the truck, this way giving my buddy good cover to enter the vehicle and see the surroundings.

Should I given him more time to response: Wasting time and have those guys from the helicopter to close up on my location, thus not allowing me a relatively safe passage out. This was not an option, and as my friend was the one being robbed I was aware that I'm well in my rights to keep the dialog short. 

I'm sure you would think the same if your goal would be the same as I had. Get your buddy out, alive and fast. As to your question I have no other answer but above. However I'm interested if you could provide me different angle of view.
