In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned because i did RDM. I must admit i was not fair to civilians, but ofcourse it will not happend again.

Why should we unban you.
Because i've become and better player since. I've been thinking and researching about what exactly what RDM is.
I will from on be more careful, and because i love the server, and because i will be one of the 40.000+ members on the server that will make it what it is today. -
The best server.

When you joined our server, there was a splashscreen with a link to our rules, did you bother reading them?

 
Yes i read them, and i do know that i can't do RDM. 

But, me and my friend was on a drug run when a police hatchback followed us and shot at us. It crashed and we came back stealthy but we got chased again of a police in a SUV, and behind the SUV, the hatchback that shot at us. We got out of our car because it crashed and when we saw the police officers with guns, we shot at them like a typical other player, since the hatchback also shot at me.

To make a long story short, we got shot at and we shot back.

I know my appeal story was a little bit different, but i didnt know what crime i got banned for, now i know.

 
Can you explain the rule you broke in your own words?

 
I got banned for RDM, but i made a mistake, because first of all a police officer chased me, he crashed but then returned to our truck behind another Police SUV. We we crashed and panicing, and we got out. Waiting to see what the police did the first 2 seconds, until we saw them put firearms out, then we shot at them.

 
RDM is killing without roleplaying or a reason

Forexample i cannot just shoot people without roleplaying.

If a guy comes by and i know he got good stuff or 1 mil money on him, i can't just shoot him. If i do it is RDM

If i pull my weapon at him and tell him to put his hands on his head, and suddenly try to escape or pull his weapon at me and starts shooting i can shoot back.

But i need to give them a chance to handle the situation. Like give them time to put their hands on their head. They also, as you mentioned in the roles, need to have a chance to comply

I am allowed to shoot them if i tell them that they have a amount of time to put their gun down and they still point it at me, i am allowed to shoot.

I am not allowed to shot some1 just after i robbed them.

If i want a gang war i can't just shoot, i need to warn them, and so on. There is a lot of exampels.

I can shoot people on sight in the redzone though

 
Crumble if you got to the 9:25 of the video, that was pretty much what happend. We escaped and they shot at us. Then we crashed and shot them. But our chase was a little bit different, cus it was another police men that came, and behind them, the police man that shot after us.

I like the fact that you're using my video in your unban appeal, however your situation was really different.

Why are you lying?

 
I am not lying, i was the driver and my friend Victor was behind the truck. We we're skyping and he told me that he was gonna shot their tires. When we lost them at the first time i was told by Victor he got shot at, I would think that it is enough reason to shoot back, but the officer we see in the video is not the one that chased us at the first time, and as we crashed we didnt really thought about that it was another police car. That why we shot and i am not lying.

I dont have ts, i live in another country and is not over 18, so my english isnt that good. I was going to my cousins wedding, and i didnt say anything about vacation. That was also the reason why we came back so fast instead of waiting for the police to move. I had to hurry because of the wedding. 

I am sorry for using your video, i've just been seeing them and when i got banned i think the situation was a little bit like in the video except (That i also told you in my previous message) I was another police that we shot at. 

I know that i shot the police officers pretty fast in the video that the police officer recorded. I didnt mean to do that. It was a pretty intense situation but ofcourse it wasnt fair done by me or Victor. 

We would both like to get in the server again, and the things we did will not happend again.

I just read the Report again, and he also mentions that the other officer takes a shot from Victor that is my friend. He shot after the police officers wheel.
