I think i was banned for RDM, i made a mistake and im sorry for that. I did not fully understand the rules. But after playing a lot of other servers i finally understand it. Im sorry that i ruined the game for the person i RDM'ed, i was being childish and did not comprehend how to RP very well.

Why should we unban you ?
Because i really want another chance to prove myself, this is my third appeal because the other one timed out. I really enjoy playing on this server. From all the servers i played on, this one was the best.
I understand if you don't want to give me another chance, but it would be very kind and i would prove that im worth it. (I read all the rules before posting, just to be sure)

Hello, thanks for the answer.

I dont really understand what you mean with run ins, but all i ask is a chance.

I misbehaved and i understand that you cant let people in the server who RDM & stuff

but i learnt from my mistakes and i regret making them.

The only way i can prove myself is by a chance, i just hope you are willing to give me one.

Please find the rule you broke and quote it to us, then explain the rule in your own words and then explain why we have that rule in place

 
I broke the rule of RDM aka Random Death Match, when you are killing someone without a good roleplay conversation.

RDM exists because people would go kill each other instantly, without role playing.

For example: You want to rob someone but instead of making up a conversation you kill the person like it's nothing.

You always need to stay in character, sadly i did not understand that rule very well before i got banned.

After playing on other RP games like FiveM, other A3 servers i now understand all the rules and the reason why  there are rules.

I understand that i got banned for this, and it was a huge mistake.

You say you have been playing other servers and now made an appeal on this one is that because you are banned on those servers too ?

 
No, i’ve been playing on Olympus and a french server before but i don’t like playing there because a lot of staff there dont care about the rules, unlike this one

Well, i love mining so i would get a mining job, a nice truck and start my adventure.

I would make friends to work together with, so there's a less chance of getting raided 😛

And have fun ofcourse

 
Since you love mining can you set up a roleplay scenario where you are getting rob at diamond processing. 

3 Robbers with MX and you only have a pistol how  will you roleplay so you survive and you still keep your truck.

 
I would try to make them distracted, first i would definitely coöperate otherwise id be dead

If i have a chance to call the cops i would. If there's a friend with me i would tell him to hide if they don't see him so he can contact the police.

This happened to me before, but i unfortenately died :/.

 
Try it again and put some more detail on how you will get away with it. what kind of distraction ?

I wanna be sure that you can roleplay and not just speaking with you friend without hot mic and  not just pull out you gun and see how many you can get before die.

 
I understand, for me it’s pretty hard to think of a good way to escape, mostly i dont have a big plan. And im not the guy who always fights back if i see they are highly armed and have many people. I would try to make advantage of their mistakes, if they make them ofc

 
Okay, so 

I would act very scared and friendly, i would try to have a good chat, so he might change his mind about robbing me.

If i have a chance to contact the police i would inmediately

If i see they only have pistols and i have a rifle & they dont want to let me free,  i would wait until they put their weapon away or when they aren't looking, then shoot them.

If i have no chance of survival and he wont let it go then i cant do anything unfortenately

 
I'm gonna let you try to come back to the server but if you getting any warning or ban next 3 month perm ban will be issued.
