In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned because i ran across a man by accident and ran away in fear of being shot.

Why should we unban you ?
it was an accident that I ran across him and very stupid of me to not stop to say sorry and ask for forgiveness. The person who was run over did not die and he didn't lose anything. I know that what I did is very strict and it is written in the rules (2.1) that VDM is strictly forbidden, but it was an accident and hoping for forgiveness.

Would it not of been a good idea to apologise?

Yes it was stupid of me not to apologise and that I regret.

I actually thought he was not going to report me for that since he did not lose anything on it and it was an accident. Unfortunately didn't i discover that i had been reported before i was banned. Thats why i didnt respond and i am sorry for that.

In future you would need to make some attempt to apologise within RP if you can. Simply driving away tends to have the effect of it looking like you were intentionally ramming into people instead of what I'm sure was a mistake. Why (in your own words) do you think we have a rule against VDM on our servers?

I will of course address this to prevent another unfortunate situation like this one.

I think that the reason why one vdm is a rule, is to avoid unnecessary killing of people and to create a more realistic RP. By having VDM do you also manage to stop these trolls who would just drive around and run down people who have spent several hours rais enough money to buy a good loadout.
