the admin didn't discuss the issue with me so i am unsure of what took place or the reasoning behind the ban

Why should we unban you ?
as the admin did not speak to me about the issue ... i was teleported to the top of a hill where i was left for 14 mins with no interaction then i received an admin ban ... clearly this is wrong surely i have a rite to know what i done wrong and at least have grounds to argue the decision

That's not true, is it... Usually, when people speak to the staff team they do so without an attitude 

The staff team member you spoke to teleported you elsewhere, Its on a stream if you wish to go watch it back and review how you spoke.

 
why would you not be angry at the fact your facing a ban without reasoning behind it 

then when you go to team speak you cant have a conversation with the admin who banned you,  the admin had the attitude when he turned up not me until he started acting the big man then i got a bit irasional but had he come spoke to me in team speak the situation could have been resolved but he didn't !!!!!

 
Well if you watch it back... you weren't facing a ban, He wanted to speak with you... you decided to approach it with an attitude 

There isn't any going to Teamspeak, It was a quick talk in game about breaking roleplay and threats, You approached that one incorrectly not the member of the staff team who took time out of there evening to speak to you.

If I was on the server you would have simply been banned and if you wanted to discuss it you would be doing so here on the forums, I do not give chats and its optional for the staff team to do so.

ok mate then you might as well delete my appeal as clearly no point in the appeal procedure when you guys are always rite eh .... all the best to the community of outstanding players i have met along the way it has been a pleasure. 

 
Hey wilco, i am a Witness, it was him that broke rp by stating i will be banned by Taking my weapon out in a green zone, he Comitted Character first, plus you cant shoot in a green zone anyways, all we was doing is having a laugh and relaxing he came in saying he will get us banned for pulling out weapons out..

Actually I tried to inform him he was " breaking the regulations and rules of the island ". Also, I tried to contact him in TeamSpeak to explain the situation and rules.

 
He was messing with you man, he evan said that in the videos...Thats his Character in game, you dident need to get him banned, But you walked in and said if you get your gun out ill get you banned...You could have just joined us and had a laugh...instead of all us

I actually didn't say that and tried to explain to him by saying he was " breaking the regulations and rules of the island ". Anyway I think I will leave it from here.
