If you have been restrained or Ziptied you are no longer able to use any communication to contact your friends or gang members, This includes: group chat/teamspeak/skype or any other way of communication.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: First of all, I know this is not the best way to open an unban request, but I truly did not know, I looked in the rulebook and could not find a rule stating that I could not jump into a car while being restrained, but now that I know that it is against the rules I formally apologize for breaking this server rule, and I know that I will never do it again and risk my chance of getting permanently banned from this server. I do now see how this situation is bannable but I truly had no idea it was against the rules. I am currently re-reading the rules and making sure I am not mistakenly thinking something is allowed when it actually isn't. At first I was kicked by an admin and then I had realized I had done something wrong, but then I had reconnected a couple of minutes later to make sure that it was just a warning and not a ban. I was completely fine, today (12-Aug) at 11:45 PM GMT+3 I try to connect to the server again and see that I am banned, with the reason "Banned for hopping in a car while restrained", I apologize for my mistake and I can assure you I will never do it again

And what about it? This Unban has no connection what so ever to that ban appeal, infact that ban appeal has also been marked as action taken due to the fact that in the first place it was called Zack not Zack and Ameer. That ban was only directed towards Zack and was later changed to Zack and Ameer, I was never banned, this was my first time and I was also not banned because the only proof shown in that report is of Zack breaking NLR.
