Why should we unban you.
I never rdmd and i challenge evidence to prove i did i had mates who where being rdm'd and i killed their killers in the weed fields they where being robbed i don't need to initiate when i'm being shot at plus the shot i made was yards away and i couldn't initiate from where i was standing i was protecting all my friends where killed and the culprits where attempting to loot. I feel like ive been unjustly treated i always admit if i do something wrong but no one even reported me, on this site i don't know how the admin decided to ban me?. Help

First, you were not reported - I was watching everything from the start. The reason I didn't ban you sooner was because the man you killed without initiation did not complain about RDM in sidechat, and so I figured you were defending your friend who had just been killed. Although this was poor RP, I overlooked it. The real reason I banned you was for opening fire on the red offroad and other vehicle that was not part of the situation. They drove up to weed shortly after your altercation with your aggressor, and you also opened fire on them without any initiation. As far as I could see they were no part of the original situation, and do not know how you could come to the conclusion they were.

Therefore, as you shot with no quality roleplay, a ban for RDM was issued.

Edit: Combined with this video you uploaded it looks as if you have a history of poor initiation. Left for review, remove if irrelevant.

Actually there was a red truck parked behind the building at the weed fields i never shot at that truck. The trucks that came speeding in after the fight where two one was blue not red and the other was white and grey in fact the red truck was parked there the entire time the fight occurred and even before the engagement started. and i didn't kill anyone i gave warning shots. You shouldn't have banned me i didint kill anyone after the fight. I admit After the fight was over i gave warning shots, because i was afraid 1 that  they where reinforcements 2. to lose my truck which was 550,000 dollars and i had already lost my  other truck to the cops the SAME day.I did not injure or kill anyone after the fight. I am well acquainted with the rules . I agree that old video i posted is poor initiation but ive learned alot about rules of engagmeent since that video and the footage is very old.  This game means a lot to me and this server as well ive made Friends that are like family to me. My gang is disappointed in me because of how much i'm missing out on. Sir dain im not angry with you or anything im just sad i cant play i can understand how you saw this from your perspective. But remember once the fight was over i didint kill or injure anyone, that came into the weed fields i have video proof. I stated recording late because i was too afraid in the fight. The red truck is slightly visible parked up behind the small houses. I hat people that don't initiate and i personaly inform admins of their action i myself would never injure or kill ANYONE without initiation.

Dear admin

 I  feel that the best thing in this situation was for me to leave the area instead of being a vigilante, and taking things into my own hands.Looking back at the warning shots i fired i understand how aggressive it looked and i realy do regret doing those. I'm not a shoot first talk later type of person its just the gun battle put me in a state of bewilderment I literally thought they where reinforcements but when i saw them park i knew i had done something wrong. I've always dis runs in the weed fields and had extremely peaceful encounters with players.  Where role play was initiated and we actually had a good time except this one time when i was robbed by rebels at the processors. For half my shipment. but that is another story maybe one i can share with some residents in kavala i miss my friends and i miss the market in kavala. It just feels like home and i have too many good memories and friends waiting for me. Im sorry for firing those warning shots. I wasn't thinking straight. also sorry for wasting your time and i hope i never have to come to the un ban appeals again.

Why are you PMing staff about your unban appeal when it clearly says in our rules not to?

To be honest there  are some kind staff that have allowed me to do so, i also thought it was not allowed to discuss the appeal report case i was just giving notification to the admin that i had replied . i received a warning and im sorry. Wont do it again i promise.

Firstly, you should not PM staff regarding your appeal. Second, in that message you say you are "one of the most initiating players ever", however on two occasions now I have seen evidence to the contrary. Also, you were only unbanned the day before for holding up a medic, and finally, you have been issued warning points for breaching other forum rules. 

I cannot in good faith believe that you will not continue to break our rules. 

On that basis, this appeal is Denied.
