In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned by my own wish. To achieve that, I broke several rules, such as RDM, NLR & metagaming(using name tags to identify a player) & reported myself for doing that. Yes, I have planed this before I did it. I am(was) fully aware of the rules & I was fully aware of the consequences of my deeds before I did it. I wish to say, that I did not had a bad day, or a day off, neither was I mad or angry at someone or something, I did not turn 180° & went nuts, I was not bored,...it was all about fun for me. No one lost anything significant(gear or money). I've targeted only 2 players, just to let them know, that It's not OK to play unfair by showing them how unfair I can get .

Why should we unban you.
This is not a thing, that I would repeat & do again. Besides that, It is not in my nature to do so,... . Instead of reporting someone who I like, I've decided to make a statement & I did it my own way. There's no need for any further concerns about my actions. As before, I am still bound to play by rules & RP standards, that's how I think & how I wish to continue. I perceive Altis life as a sandbox game imitation of real life, where I can also live out my desire of being an "actor" on stage, depicting real life situations & characters. It has become a real hobby to me, to play Altis life as an "actor", sort of.
My apology for all the trouble I have caused to the ones from whom I stole the time for dealing with this matter.

Indeed, I've been in this community long enough to know all the rules that are in place. I've learned them really quick when I started to play. It's a silly thing that I did, but not a silly mistake(mistakes aren't planed ahead). I wish to explain now the 3 basic rules that I broke, with my own words:

RDM = Random Death Match

• RDM is a term for a situation, where player X engages player Y without proper roleplay, without proper initiation with words, or without any proper reason to do so, in an effort to kill player Y.
  
• RDM is a term for a situation, where player X engages player Y without leaving him a chance to respond to the situation & kills him right away.
  
• RDM is a term for a situation, where player X engages player Y from a very long distance in an effort to kill him(sniping*), without any roleplay.
  

NLR = New Life Rule

• NLR lasts 15 minutes after your death, after that It ends.
  
• NLR means, when you die, you should not return to the place where you died for the next 15 minutes, after your death.
  
• NLR means, when you die, you should not return to the place where you died & stay outside of a 1,5km radius of that location where you died for the next 15 minutes.
  
• NLR means, when you die, you lose also all the previous memory, that your character had before he died.
  

METAGAMING

• Using name tags to identify players is not allowed. Mentioning someones name without given to us by the very same(random) person we mention, is not allowed. You don't see the name tags, everyone's identity is hidden.
  
• Using OOC information to influence a in-game situation or to gain an advantage is not allowed.
  
• Using "tilde key" or the "simple dot" to identify players is not allowed.
  
• Using other programs such as TS for communication to pass inappropriate information while being in a situation, where your character could not communicate with others.
  
• Using "Side channel" to reveal or pass in-game related information.
  

My wish is to seat at the table again with this great & awesome family(community).

So you you pre meditated this. TBH Im slightly creeped out by your whole approach to this. Are you trying to make some kind of point here? If you did this now how can we be assured you will not do something like this, or worse, in the future?

Yes, I have premeditated this whole situation. From everyone's POV, I can understand that my deed, my report & my un-ban appeal seems to be awkward & odd. Even the way I reported myself & now defend myself, might make you think, what is the point of this. Well, I'm not trying to make any point here, just wanted to punish myself, just so, for no real reason & because It was possible. I don't regret what I did. I'm feeling fine, but I do admit ofc that It is not OK. I've achieved my goal & taught someone about fairness in general(+ in-game) for the price of my ban. Sort of a situation, where one man would say to another one: "Behave or I will pay for the consequences". Like I said, I've also taken into account the possibility of a ban(not a perma-ban*), knowing that I still have a 2nd/final chance after it.

Lesson learned*

I must say, I perceive everyone in this community as a friend & I am not in any dispute with another member of this community. I respect(like a family) this community & It's creators/supporters/members. Yes, for me It is like a family of friends with same desires & interests, and also having a great time spend together.

A tough question for the party, which asks that, in terms of receiving the right & honest answer. My answer is an honest answer:

"I don't wish to ruin/spoil my reputation of being a respected, honest, friendly, trustful & truthful person. I don't wish to harm anyone or anything, neither do I wish to spoil everyone's fun with playing this game(OOC). I simply know, that I won't do such a thing again(or worse, oh jeeezzz, gosh, nooo...). I am very sure about this, same as I was sure about my deed, that It will get me banned, If I do it. I plan to stay & to enjoy a life on a paradise island"

Mark my words for eternity & I quote: "I respect, uphold & play by game server rules"  "I don't wish to & I won't break any rules"

Yet, still I think I need to do something more just to show that I mean what I said. I wish to receive a challenge(or not, its just for the amusement of myself & others) from an admin. Challenge, prank or punishment(I'll take it as a friends good gesture towards me) which I have to endure, or achieve, or to live it out.

"Trust is good, control is better"... in my case, no one needs to control me, trust is good enough.

Is there anything one wishes to see, just come up with an idea & I'll do it, by my own desire. Its going to be part of a RP session, for the duration of a month.

If there are any more questions, I can answer them in TS also, but If you ask me why I did it, I might answer also: "I've just used up my hall-pass, just so & just for fun".
