In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Banned for not knowing I couldn't put a bounty on someone over side. I am used to it being used in other servers and didnt know the wiser. It was said twice because a server message came up about disconnects so I restated it to get it seen. Two admins said no no cant be done. I said "how can I RP it?" "Can I RP and post a thread on 4Chan" Meaning can I RP in game that I am posting a bounty on a website so people can see it.

Obviously a miss understanding of what I meant which is fine with me because I used quotes and maybe he didnt see it as an ingame idea

Why should we unban you.
It was a misunderstanding about In Game and Real Life. Should have been written differently so the admin understood that.
I was fine with the admins telling me no and even the kick to reinforce it but I didnt think there would be a ban on the first offense so I am sure it was a misunderstanding about what I was saying. Obviously I am not going to go on the actual 4chan site to ask someone to go into Arma to go into a Server, to get gear, to wait for this 1 specific player to come online, to kill him, and to some how get back to me. But I am fine with it being a misunderstanding

It was not a misunderstanding. You were banned for not taking a warning seriously. If it wasn't Christmas I wouldn't have given you a warning in the first place.

I was able to speak with Vlad on TS to get what his understanding of it was. The "No No" were the first warnings (They were written in Side Chat not as an Admin Message) , which I simply took as "no you can not do it that way" which is why I tried to turn it around and say can I RP I am using a website, in this argument 4chan, or the deep web. We have all heard of people trying to hire murders to kill someone off the deepwebb and thats why I tried to RP it that way. It was taken out of context as if I was not taking a warning seriously. When he said "you can but you will be banned" "bye bye" then I realized how it was interpreted that what I said seemed like it was fighting when it was more so trying to see how to actually RP the situation and make it right. Again thank you Vlad for coming into the channel for that. Helps me see where you were coming from and where you thought I was coming from.

May I ask where you found that quote about it being fine if it is to notify others in the server of RP events? Because that is not in our rules at all mate. No idea what server you used to play on but its wrong to just assume their rules are ours. I advise you to read our rules carefully and dont try to get a unban using false quotes about non existing rules.

Edit: Don't answer that, @Slayer found it and it is just a copy paste of a Life is Feudal server. Nice game, but you cannot think that those rules actually apply here.

Take a hard read here and confirm you actually know OUR rules before we will even consider a unban.

In my original post and my second post I wrote a link to what that quote is from. My group is all about RP. We do it over several games. I have read your rules and that is why I stated it as a question, over side chat, if I could RP the bounty it anyway. I do know about Rule 4A "[SIZE=medium]4A) Using or broadcasting intelligence on sidechat or teamspeak to influence actions in game."[/SIZE]

but was just trying to add another level. I apologize for all this, if I had known the regular side chat was an admin warning then I wouldn't have proceeded in asking the question. 

Im sure we can all agree this was simply an attempt at immersion that went the wrong way. Won't happen again. Me and my group enjoy your servers, the size of them, and how they are run.
