- Not anymore but you can edit once it's posted. But not the title.

You can actually edit the titles, I do it all the time on the Marmite Miner topic.

Im talking about a pull http://imgur.com/xzGTz31 inside a content http://imgur.com/WXDZN5U. So you can have your post mixed with a question and clickable answers.

Yes, when you set a poll it appears at the top of your post (check in the announcements -> community polls for examples.)
