Twitch is a live streaming site not only for gaming it is the biggest one for gaming yes but not only for gaming as they have alot off more topics then Gaming

Its not "only for gaming", although they advertise themself to be a streaming site for gamers, meaning it should be game related content.

People can get reported for having "Non gaming-related content" etc. Obviously they've made some deals with certain companies and allow them to stream other stuff like music or cooking or whatever, but thats not something anyone can go and do.
